Research On The Construction Of Rural Grass-roots Party Organizations In Minority Areas Of Jilin Province

Rural grassroots party organisations,as the foundation of all the Party’s work and combat power in the countryside,are vital to leading rural construction.In ethnic minority areas,rural grassroots party organisations,as a bridge and link between the Party and the people,are not only related to the Party’s leadership image in the eyes of the people in ethnic areas,but also to the overall social stability of ethnic areas.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth research on the build-up of rural grass-roots party organisations in ethnic minority areas.To do a good job of ethnic work in the new era and to promote the common prosperity of all ethnic groups is a major task and challenge that the build-up of the rural grassroots party organizations in ethnic minority areas in Jilin Province is currently shouldering.With the development of society and the pressure brought about by external changes,this has placed higher demands on the build-up of rural grassroots party organisations in ethnic minority areas in Jilin Province.Through an in-depth understanding of the build-up of rural grass-roots party organisations in Qianguolos Mongol Autonomous County,the only Mongolian autonomous county in Jilin Province,we analyse the current problems in the process of building them and uncover the deep-seated reasons behind the problems,with a view to providing targeted and feasible suggestions for the build-up of rural grass-roots party organisations in other ethnic minority areas in Jilin Province.This paper is based on the theoretical basis of the ideas of Marx,Engels,Lenin and other classical Marxist writers and leaders of the Chinese Communist Party on the build-up of grass-roots party organisations.It identifies problems and analyses the causes in depth through fieldwork and questionnaire surveys,and proposes countermeasures to complete the study.This paper consists of four chapters.The introductory part of the first chapter mainly covers the purpose and significance of the study on the build-up of rural grassroots party organizations in ethnic minority areas in Jilin Province,the present state of research at home and abroad,the research methodology and the innovation points of the study.The second chapter provides an overview of the build-up of rural grass-roots party organisations,mainly covering three parts on the basic concept of rural grass-roots party organisations,the theoretical basis and the need to strengthen the build-up of rural grass-roots party organisations in ethnic minority areas.The third chapter takes Qianguolos Mongolian Autonomous County as a case study,and analyses the data through fieldwork and questionnaires,discusses the existing effectiveness of the building of rural grassroots party organisations in Qianguo County,and provides an in-depth analysis of the current problems of the building of rural grassroots party organisations in Qianguo County,such as insufficient ability to bring the masses together,irregular organisational life,lack of cadre building,and insufficient ability to bring wealth to the rich,in order to pave the way for the following countermeasure research.Chapter 4,after analyzing the existing problems and causes of the build-up of rural grassroots party organizations in Qianguo County,explores the four aspects of strengthening the political function,improving the working mechanism,building a strong cadre,and consolidating the material foundation to provide rationalized suggestions for strengthening the build-up of rural grassroots party organizations in ethnic minority areas in Jilin Province.
