| With the development of urbanization in China,community plays an increasingly important role in People’s Daily life.The main work of the community is to serve the community residents,to meet the various needs of the community residents,so it is very necessary to have a relatively high quality and ability of the community full-time staff.In order to solve the problem of lack of manpower and low level of specialization in the community,Xi ’an Beilin District recruits full-time community staff every year.However,the loss of full-time community staff is a serious problem,which has a great impact on the smooth development of community work.This study uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to discuss the problem of the loss of full-time community staff in Xi ’an Beilin District,analyzes the causes,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions,in order to better solve the problem of the loss of full-time community staff in Xi ’an Beilin District.Study found that xi ’an beilin community full-time personnel loss problem is more serious,the reason is divided into four aspects: community full-time staff and low professional recognition community full-time staff responsibilities unclear,community full-time staff salary level is low,imperfect community health promotion full-time staff.Based on the above research,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward:comprehensively enhance the recognition of full-time community staff,improve the training system and management system of full-time community staff,improve the salary and welfare of full-time community staff,optimize the promotion system of full-time community staff. |
