The Communist Youth League of China(CYLC)is an institution for majority youth to study the value of socialism with Chinese characteristics and Communist,is an advanced youth organization and is the assistant and reservist of the Chinese Communist Party(CCP).The CYLC is under the leadship of the CCP in politics and is the league to union and education the majority youth,is the bridge and link between CCP and the public.Obviously,the marginization phenomenon of villages and towns become severe these days,for the deficiency of the political function,the lack of organization quantity,the lack of outstanding models,the lack of the motivation.And the other reasons may due to the unclear of working standard.That makes villages and towns being tired of complete the trivial matters from upgrade.This essay focus on these questions and problems,discuss the background,analysis the phenomenon,propose several methods and solutions to tackle and improve the status of CYLC.This essay takes Y town as an example,analysis the essence,reasons and solutions of the marginization phenomenon of villages and towns.The methods include bibliographic retrieval,case analysis,interviews and field research are used together with the analysis of externalities,relations between CCP and CYLC,the characteristics of majority youth,to find the cause of this marginization phenonmenon.Aim to improve the status and worth of CYLC,we have to dig the in-depth demands for different youth leagues,and adapt to get together,activities and communications more actively.To organize better and more effective activities to connect the youth organization.Only in this way,the CYLC could change its status and get rid of the marginization,and then perform better as a bridge between CCP and the youth.
