In human society,moderate competition can motivate individuals to fully develop their talents and talents,thereby making society full of vigor and vitality and promoting social progress.With the rapid advancement and deepening of globalization,competition has expanded among groups and has become increasingly fierce,which has intensified individual competition,resulting in excessive competition in the field of survival and educational activities of individuals.In excessive competition,the individual becomes more ruthless and more self-centered.Under the influence of excessive competition,schools,parents and teenagers mainly focus on how to obtain a competitive advantage,and the moral education of teenagers is objectively marginalized.At present,moral education for teenagers has been paid attention to by society,schools and parents to a certain extent,but under the influence of excessive competition,moral education of teenagers has shown many problems.The first is the reality of being faced with false prosperity,being squeezed and formalized;the second is the serious alienation phenomena such as the means and involution of youth moral education;the last is the imbalance of the effect of youth moral education,which is mainly manifested in youth competition Intensification of sexual qualities and refined egoism,while qualities such as patriotism,collectivism,altruism,etc.,are not well developed.An important reason for the problem of moral education for teenagers is the excessive competition in the field of education,which causes general anxiety in schools,parents and teenagers,resulting in distorted values such as a materialized view of happiness,a view of life dominated by a sense of superiority,and a one-sided view of talents pursuing academic qualifications.,which makes the subject and object of education fail to pay enough attention to moral education.The root of excessive competition in education comes from the wider social competition environment.Youth morality education faces unfavorable external environments such as the globalization process dominated by competition,the network environment that promotes competition,and the changes in social life caused by social competition.Excessive competition is transmitted from the competition between groups(states)to the inside of the group,and the resulting pressure finally falls on the educators and the objects of education.Based on the above analysis,under the background of excessive competition,the moral education of teenagers should start with concepts,institutions and external support,and weaken excessive competition.First,in terms of concepts,it is necessary to establish a correct concept of happiness and talent,and to change the concept of family education;second,in terms of institutional support,improve and perfect the evaluation system of youth morality education,school evaluation system,and student evaluation system;Third,in terms of external environmental support,create a social environment in which the whole society attaches great importance to moral education of young people,improve social security to ease people’s competition anxiety,and change the concept of human development to weaken the competition among groups.
