Research On The Optimal Path Of Discipline And Education Of Severely Punished Female Prisoners

Under the background of building a socialist country ruled by law in an all-round way,the prison,as the national penalty execution organ,shoulders the legal functions of punishing and reforming criminals,preventing and combating crimes,and maintaining social security and stability.The series of educational management work of the prison is also easier to attract the attention of the society to a greater extent.The prison will also encounter thorny problems in the process of the management and reform of the severely punished women prisoners.Some of these problems are due to the loopholes in the top-level design,and some are related to the shortcomings of the prison’s own management system.It is particularly important to optimize the path of the severely punished women prisoners.This paper takes how to optimize the disciplinary measures for severely punished women prisoners as the research object,comprehensively uses research methods such as questionnaire survey,case study and interview,takes the theory of sexual differences among severely punished women prisoners as the theoretical basis,designs the disciplinary analysis framework for severely punished women prisoners,takes the theory of sexual differences as the starting point,takes the Transformation Countermeasures for severely punished women prisoners under the theory of sexual differences as the focus,and takes improving the transformation quality of severely punished women prisoners as the foothold,Stimulate the higher-level development motivation of female felons.This paper analyzes the plight of the current situation of the severely punished women prisoners’ education from three aspects: environmental factors,personal factors and interactive factors,refines the optimization path of the severely punished women prisoners’ education from four aspects: the education mechanism,the education concept,the socialization of education and the hardware of education,and closed-loop the effect of the severely punished women prisoners’ education from three aspects: abandoning the unprofitable demand,reconstructing the demand framework and stimulating higher demand,so as to improve the quality of the severely punished women prisoners’ education.On the mechanism of severe punishment for female offenders,it mainly includes the construction of incentive mechanism system and the improvement of psychological correction system.The construction of incentive mechanism system is mainly carried out through three dimensions: perfecting the reward and punishment assessment system,adjusting the way of reward setting,and building a scientific incentive model;To improve the psychological correction system,we should pay attention to the content of psychological education,broaden the means of psychological correction,and accelerate the "separation of supervision and enterprise" to ensure the time of psychological correction.Scientifically formulate the system,give full play to the binding role of the system,and positively encourage the reform of criminals through the strict implementation of the system.In terms of the theory of management and education of severely punished women prisoners,we mainly use scientific thinking to improve the efficiency of supervision and control the law of thinking and behavior development of severely punished women prisoners through three aspects: scientific management and education,legal management of management and education,and specialization of management and education,which will help to improve the effectiveness of management and education of severely punished women prisoners.We will punish criminals in accordance with the law,vigorously promote the effectiveness of serving sentences for severely punished women offenders,and limit and reduce the crime rate to the greatest extent.In terms of socialization of punishment and education of severely punished women offenders,we should improve the participation of social forces in the transformation of severely punished women offenders,innovate the participation mode of social forces,broaden the theme of social assistance and education,so that more severely punished women offenders can enjoy the opportunity of social assistance and education,so that social assistance and education is no longer a reward for criminals with excellent performance.In terms of improving the construction of hardware facilities for female felons,it is mainly through strengthening the construction of infrastructure for female felons and the construction of safety supervision facilities for female felons,so as to effectively ensure that female felons can go through the transformation life smoothly and return to society and family,so as to achieve the purpose of punishing and reforming criminals,and finally better promote the harmonious and stable development of society.
