Research On Emergency Policing Security System Of Police Station In R District Of Guangzhou

With the development of technology and the wider and more complex human activities,today ’ s society is facing greater risks,such as natural disasters and accidents,social conflicts and intensification,and frequent extreme events and terrorist attacks.Under such circumstances,it is required to strengthen the government ’ s emergency management,emergency policing has become normal.Police station is the most basic comprehensive combat entity of public security organs.It is the first line of public security business and an important part of the national emergency management system.The construction of police emergency security system is indispensable to strengthen police emergency management and improve police emergency disposal capacity.This paper takes R District of Guangzhou City as the research object,presents the basic situation of the emergency police support system of public security police stations in R District through investigation,and examines the problems existing in the emergency police support of public security police stations from four aspects of emergency police force support,emergency fund support,emergency equipment support and emergency mechanism support,and analyzes the reasons.On this basis,this paper studies the emergency police support system of public security police stations.This paper mainly adopts the methods of on-the-spot investigation and interview survey.By understanding the current situation of the emergency police support system in the police force,equipment,mechanism and funds of the police station in District R,it is found that there are problems such as insufficient police force,lagging equipment level,working mechanism not adapting to the reality of the grassroots level,and non-specialized emergency police funds.On the basis of the analysis of the causes,this paper finally puts forward suggestions to improve the emergency police security system of public security police stations in R District of Guangzhou : strengthening the first-line police force of public security police stations;special management police emergency funds;improve the police station emergency supplies demand and equipment.
