Research On The Triple Dilemma Of Democratic Parties’ Participating In Public Governance And The Solution

The degree of democratic participation in the process of public governance reflects the degree of political democracy and scientific policy in a country.As the basic political system in China,the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation,as the basic political system,provides support and guarantee for the scientific,democratic and extensive nature of national public governance,and being the embodiment of socialist democracy.As a socialist participating party with Chinese characteristics,democratic parties give full play to their advantages of dense talent and extensive contacts in the process of participating in public governance,and participate in it by actively performing functions such as party consultation,participating in the deliberation of state affairs,and democratic supervision,in order to promote the scientific understanding of public governance.and democratization has made a non-negligible contribution.However,with the rapid development of society and economy,new social problems are constantly emerging,and democratic parties’ participation in public governance is facing with more complex and changing challenges.common problems faced.This paper takes the practice of democratic parties participating in public governance in Guangdong D city in recent years as the research object,and summarizes the difficulties faced by democratic parties in participating in public governance in the process of social practice through data collection,data analysis,interviews,and questionnaires.The "role dilemma" of insufficient social cognition,the "efficiency dilemma" of insufficient ability to perform duties,and the "resource dilemma" of insufficient integration of human,financial and material.At the same time,by analyzing the root causes of the difficulties faced by democratic parties in participating in public governance from the three aspects of policy,endogenous and external environment,and demonstrating,and then put forward corresponding feasible solutions and suggestions,namely: to optimize political resources,Solve the "role dilemma";strengthen the ability to perform duties to break through the "efficiency dilemma";promote the aggregation of resource elements and alleviate the "resource dilemma".It is expected to provide reference for the democratic parties to enhance the quality and implementation effect of public governance.And also provide participating parties with some ideas about improving their level.
