Analysis On The Construction Of Structural Dimensions Of Red Gene Of State-owned Enterprises And Formation And Transmission Process

State-owned enterprises are an important material and political foundation of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and an important pillar and strength for the Party to govern and rejuvenate the country.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,deepening reform and strengthening party building has become the top priority of state-owned enterprises,and activating and inheriting the red gene has become an inevitable requirement.After entering the new era,China’s economy is gradually moving toward high-quality development,and state-owned enterprises are gradually realizing the transformation from catching up to leading,and making continuous strides toward becoming world-class enterprises.This requires state-owned enterprises to dig deep into the red gene and give full play to the role of red engine.At present,scholars’ research on the red gene of state-owned enterprises mostly starts from the specific spirit of state-owned enterprises,focusing on a certain enterprise or a certain period,and lacks systematic research.Based on this background,this study carried out research on the red gene of state-owned enterprises,aiming to clarify its concept connotation,structural dimension,formation and transmission process.After reviewing the theoretical basis of red Gene,red gene of state-owned enterprises,corporate culture theory and other theories,this study collected second-hand data from Chinese databases,websites of central state-owned enterprises,important domestic network platforms and wechat public accounts for sorting and summarizing.Then using Nvivo11 analysis software,using the theory of procedural root,strictly follow the open coding,axial coding and selective coding process,in turn,derived from the initial concept,category,the main category and core category,finally got the concept and structure of state-owned enterprises red gene dimensional model,according to the results of root,through interviewing two central state-owned enterprises,this study also explores the formation and transmission process of red gene in state-owned enterprises,and summed up the unique functions of red gene in state-owned enterprises.Finally,this paper discusses the management enlightenment of the research conclusions and results to the practice of state-owned enterprises,points out the research innovation and limitations of this research,and puts forward the future prospects.The main achievements of this study are as follows:(1)The concept of the red gene of state-owned enterprises is defined as the red gene formed by state-owned enterprises on the basis of the Red gene of the Communist Party of China and in combination with the economic attributes of enterprises.It is the powerful spiritual power of state-owned enterprises,that is,centering on the core of political nature,develop a fine style of work,maintain cooperation consciousness,cultivate excellent character,strengthen the sense of cooperation,play a pioneering role.(2)Through the procedural grounded theory,the red gene structural dimension model of state-owned enterprises is constructed,which includes six dimensions: political nature,fine style of work,enterprising spirit,excellent character,cooperation consciousness and pioneering role.(3)Based on the grounded theory results and through interviews with two state-owned enterprises,the formation and transmission process model of red gene of state-owned enterprises is constructed.(4)According to the research results and previous studies,three unique functions of red gene of state-owned enterprises are summarized: direction leading function;support and guarantee function;educational incentive function.What has been discussed above,the research defined the concept of state-owned enterprises red gene,we build the dimensional model structure,and explore its formation and the conduction process,help state-owned enterprises better tap and activate red gene,combine red gene with enterprise culture and production and operation practice,to make it into a core competitiveness,to provide impetus for the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises.
