A Study On The Significant Advantages Of My Country’s People’s Congress System

The people’s congress system is China’s fundamental political system,plays a decisive role in China’s political life,and is the institutional guarantee for realizing the people’s mastery and safeguarding the people’s fundamental interests.However,the people’s congress system has also been questioned by some in its operation,believing that the people’s congress system is a kind of decoration and does not have authenticity and effectiveness.Therefore,in the new era,it is particularly necessary to seriously study and demonstrate the remarkable advantages of the people’s congress system and further give play to its due role.Based on the Marxist democratic theory and the important expositions of the Communist Party of China on the people’s congress system,this paper systematically analyzes and studies the significant advantages of the people’s congress system by using the literature analysis method,the theoretical connection with practice method,and the comparative analysis method.First of all,starting from the concept of people’s democracy and the people’s congress system,the development process of the people’s congress system is sorted out,and the theoretical basis for the study of the thesis is put forward.Second,focusing on the institutional advantages and governance advantages of the people’s congress system,the significant advantages of the people’s congress system are obtained through comparative analysis.In terms of system,the advantages of the people’s congress system include three aspects: the formal advantages in the composition of representative organs,the content advantages in consultation between political parties,and the essential advantages in meeting democratic requirements;in terms of governance,the advantages of the people’s congress system include the effective collection and handling of people’s opinions,the full play of the functions of people’s congress deputies,the coordinated and efficient operation of state organs,and the true and effective implementation of meeting resolutions,revealing that the people’s congress system is the most advantageous,the most real,and the most effective.The most effective democratic political system provides a powerful answer to the doubts in society.Finally,from the angle of adhering to the party’s overall leadership,improving the legislative system of the people’s congress,the system of people’s congress deputies,the system of maintaining close ties with the masses,and further promoting the transformation of the advantages of the people’s congress system into the advantages of governance,we put forward some feasible suggestions for improving the system of people’s congresses,with a view to giving better play to the obvious advantages of the people’s congress system.
