A Study On The Construction Of The Leadership System Of The Chinese Communist Party In The New Era

Leadership system of the Chinese Communist Party is not achieved overnight,Instead,in the practice of China’s revolution and construction,it has gradually formed and developed from the party’s leadership theory to the building of the party’s leadership system.Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has developed the construction of the Party’s leadership system to a new height,and the Fourth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has deliberated and adopted the "Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Major Issues Concerning Upholding and Improving the Socialist System with Chinese Characteristics and Promoting the Modernization of the National Governance System and Governance Capacity"(hereinafter referred to as the "Decision"),which has pushed the adherence to and improvement leadership system of the Party to a new climax.In this practical background and theoretical background,the research first takes the logical construction as the basis,traces back to the source,explores the theoretical origin,historical development and prospect of the times in the construction of the leadership system of the Communist Party of China,and sorts out the ideas for the construction of the Leadership system of the Chinese Communist Party in the new era and the mode of future development;secondly,in the order of reality,outlines and leads,pointing out the necessity of the construction of the party’s leadership system in the new era.Proceeding from the party’s self-building,we should strengthen the comprehensive and strict management of the party and strengthen the problems of political,ideological,and organizational construction within the party;we should also guard against and resolve all external risks and challenges,resolve all obstacles from the inside out,and lay the foundation for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the new great project of promoting party building;finally,it is practiceoriented,we should focus on the practical path of upholding and improving the construction of the party’s leadership system and system in the new era.The three directions of ideological leadership and organizational leadership divide the six institutional systems proposed by the Fourth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee into separate divisions,and through systematic summarization and analysis,they are summarized: promoting the construction of the party’s political leadership system with political construction as the guide;promoting the construction of the party’s ideological leadership system with ideology as the focus;and promoting the construction of the party’s organizational leadership system with the organizational construction as the focus,which is conducive to better adhering to and improving the party’s leadership system and system in the new era.The party’s leadership system has played a strong role in governance in the process of socialist modernization in the new era and has radiated strong vitality and vitality.The construction of the party’s leadership and its institutional system has farreaching significance for the modernization of China’s governance system and governance capabilities at present,which is conducive to better adhering,consolidating,strengthening and improving the party’s leadership in the process of smoothly promoting the various undertakings of the party and the state;it is conducive to the party’s leadership system fully demonstrating the advantages of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics when giving full play to the superiority of the system.
