Research On The Strategies Of Governing Tibet At The Seventh Central Tibet Work Symposium

Since the reform and opening up,the Communist Party of China has held a total of seven Tibet work symposiums,each of which has been adjusted and deployed according to the actual situation.The Communist Party of China held a symposium on work in Tibet to summarize the experience gained in work in Tibet,analyze the tasks faced by the work in Tibet at the current stage,further explore the direction of work in Tibet,and propose a strategy for governing Tibet in line with the development of Tibet at the current stage.The thesis takes the Seventh Central Tibet Work Symposium as the main line.First,it reviews the main contents of the first six Tibet Work Symposiums.The scientific connotation of the Tibet Work Symposium’s strategy of governing Tibet is explained in detail,and finally,the enlightenment and significance of the Tibet Governing Strategy of the Seventh Central Tibet Work Symposium are summarized.Under the new historical conditions,grasping the strategy of governing Tibet in the new era is of great theoretical significance for enriching Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the Party’s Theory of Ethnic Regional Work.Studying the Seventh Central Symposium on Tibet is of great theoretical significance for maintaining ethnic unity in Tibet and realizing the The socialist modernization of New Tibet is of great practical significance.The thesis is divided into five chapters to study the Party’s strategy for governing Tibet in the Seventh Central Tibet Work Symposium.The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly expounds the basis for the topic selection,research significance and research methods of the paper,and finds and summarizes the current research status of the academic circles in the emerging stage,as well as the innovation and deficiency of the paper.The second chapter is a historical review of the first six Tibet work seminars.This chapter mainly reviews the main connotations of the first six Tibet work symposiums,analyzes the core ideas put forward by leaders in each symposium,and clarifies the development priorities of Tibet at various stages.The third chapter is the background of the times when the Seventh Central Tibet Work Symposium was held.This chapter mainly discusses the new characteristics of Tibet’s work since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and sorts out the new situation and new tasks faced by Tibet’s work.From the perspective of the new situation faced by the work in Tibet,the governance of Tibet has entered a new stage of development,and the development of Tibet has also ushered in new opportunities for development.From the perspective of the new tasks facing Tibet’s work,in the future,Tibet’s economy will not only transform to high-quality development,but also further consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation,and at the same time promote the cause of ethnic unity and progress in Tibet.The fourth chapter is the main connotation of the Tibet-governing strategy of the Seventh Central Tibet Work Symposium.This chapter studies the connotation of Tibetan governance strategies from the three dimensions of politics,economy and ecology,mainly including:promoting long-term stability in Tibet,uniting Tibetan people’s hearts,and adhering to ecology first.From the perspective of promoting long-term stability in Tibet,Xi Jinping proposed to carry out anti-separatist struggles,promote the Sinicization of religions,and strengthen the construction of border areas in the seventh Central Tibet Work Symposium.From the perspective of gathering Tibetan people’s hearts,Xi Jinping put forward the implementation of the new development concept,the promotion of multi-channel employment,and the building of a sense of community of the Chinese nation in the seventh Central Tibet Work Symposium.From the perspective of adhering to ecology first,Xi Jinping proposed in the seventh Central strategy of governing Tibet.This chapter mainly analyzes the significance of convening the Seventh Tibet Work Symposium under the new situation and new task conditions,and summarizes its enlightenment for better development of Tibet work in the future.In a sense,the Seventh Tibet Work Symposium has created a new situation for the Party’s work in governing Tibet,promoted the modernization of Tibet’s social governance system,and achieved a qualitative leap in the Party’s work in Tibet.In terms of inspiration,this paper draws the idea of adhering to the leadership of the Communist Party of China,unswervingly exerting the "old Tibetan spirit",and insisting on combining inheritance and innovation.
