Research On The Application Of Construction Agent System In Risk Management Of Government Investment Project

Agent construction system is a novel project management mode that proposed under the economic system reforming and government functional transformation.It works well with China’s project construction development model,activates market competition,accelerates the government transformation.Therefore,it plays an important role in improving the management efficiency of government-invested projects.Currently,there are many domestic and international researchers who are investigating the application of agent construction system in government-invested projects,and achieved some research results.According to the existing literature and its application in different provinces,agent construction system has achieved positive impacts.However,it lacks project feedback and oversight mechanism.Also,there is only a few relevant law regards agent construction system.These are the potential risk factors in the process of agent construction system.In order to find the risk points in the agent construction project,this thesis uses the literature research,mathematical analysis,case analysis and comparative analysis to study the application of the agent construction system in the government-invested projects.This research identified 36 risk factors in the agent construction projects by hierarchical analysis,and calculated the risk of the agent construction project using fuzzy evaluation model.We took the case of agent construction project in X County’s poverty alleviation project as an example,evaluated the risk at different levels through questionnaire survey,and calculated the risk score.Finally,we identified the risk control points in the agent construction project and help risk prevention in the example project.This thesis starts from example project,sees the big from the small,and provides risk prevention construction opinions for the current domestic agent construction projects.
