Yunyan District is one of the core urban areas of Guiyang City,with dense population and developed service industry.Yunyan District is facing the process of relocation of manufacturing industry,upgrading of service industry and transformation and upgrading of the central old urban area.As the economy enters the new normal,the employment creation effect of the traditional mode is reduced,the new employment structural problems are highlighted,the talent demand gap is increasing,and the pressure of urban employment difficulties persists.It is necessary to explore the path of employment priority strategy to promote economic and social development in the new era.Based on the high-quality development trend of domestic economy and the overall employment prospection,the effectiveness of the existing employment policies of National,provincial,municipal and Yunyan District,comply with the strategic requirements of employment priority by the Party Central Committee and the State Council,the author also carries out the research by following the basic ideas of14 th Five-Year Plan" employment policy in Yunyan District are put forward.It is suggested that Yunyan District should attach importance to the improvement of employment priority policy system,implement the strategy of strengthening human resources,and strengthen the employment contribution of regional economic cycle.Making up for the shortcomings of employment policies and services in the face of high-quality growth transformation,strengthen the construction of talent and skill development and introduction system,accurately refine employment and entrepreneurship services and vocational training,fully develop employment posts,and provide human resources support for urban transformation and upgrading.
