Research On The Role Of Government In The Development Of Industrial Parks In Qiandongnan Prefecture, Guizhou Province Under The Background Of High-quality Developmen

The industrial park is an important spatial gathering form for regional economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading.The industrial park of Qiandongnan Prefecture is not only the main battlefield of the industrial economy,but also the cornerstone for the continued high-speed growth of the Qiandongnan’s economy and a breakthrough to promote the "new industrialization,new urbanization,tourism industrialization and agricultural modernization".And it is the main platform for promoting the process of industrialization and promoting the sound and rapid development of the economy for a long time now and in the future.As an economically underdeveloped minority region in Guizhou Province,the local government has firmly implemented the strategy of strengthening the state through industry,with the total economic scale growing at a relatively fast rate year by year and industrial projects gradually clustering.In addition to this,certain achievements have been made in the construction of industrial parks.However,there are also many shortcomings,particularly in relation to the role of government,where some functions are overplayed,and others are not well used.Under the background of high-quality economic development,it is particularly important for Qiandongnan Prefecture to correctly play the role of the government in the development of industrial parks and obtain the driving force for high-quality industrial development under the major policies of the party and the state.In the current complex and changing market and economic environment at home and abroad,the high-quality development of industrial parks cannot be achieved without the support and promotion of the government.Therefore,it is even more necessary for the Qiandongnan Prefecture to play an active role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of industrial parks.From the new perspective of current high-quality development,this paper introduces the new connotation of high-quality development of Qiandongnan Industrial Park and reveals the role of the government in the development of industrial parks.Based on the government function theory,new public service theory and government failure theory,through consulting relevant literature,visiting relevant personnel in the industrial parks,collecting relevant data from government departments and Park Management Committee,drawing lessons from the research on the role of government in industrial parks at home and abroad,combined with the analysis of the role of the government in the construction of industrial parks in Qiandongnan Prefecture,to study and judge the good experience,practices and shortcomings that need to be made up,and closely follow the new connotation of high-quality development of industrial parks.Provide development strategy choices and policy suggestions for the government to play a better and more correct role,in order to better promote the healthy and rapid development of Qiandongnan Industrial Park.
