| With the continuous improvement of China’s economic development level and the deepening of the market economic system,the openness of cities is getting higher and higher,and the exchanges with the outside world are getting closer and closer.As an important organism that provides services for its neighbors and citizens,the city has made it clear that it needs to integrate resources and make unified planning so as to gain a higher world reputation,improve its competitiveness and create and enhance its image in various ways.The rise and fall of a city directly depends on whether it can obtain strategic competitive advantages in the process of competing for investors(enterprises),tourists and residents.From the perspective of the supply-demand relationship of market economy,the city,as the "combined local public goods" provided to citizens,investors and tourists,must have the general economic attribute of "commodity".The government not only participates in the city marketing,but also plays a larger compulsory role and bears a larger marketing responsibility.In this paper,Beibei District of Chongqing is chosen as the research object.It is one of the main urban areas of Chongqing with unique natural and cultural resources.This paper mainly studies the government behavior in urban marketing from the overview of Beibei district and the government behavior in urban marketing(such as the positioning of urban marketing,carrying out various cultural and tourism activities,infrastructure work and management,and big data publicity and promotion activities,etc.),and obtains the deficiencies and causes of government behavior in urban marketing of Beibei District.Analysis of five cities at home at the same time government behavior in the case of city marketing experience and enlightenment,final purpose is to provide the government behavior of city marketing optimization put forward reasonable Suggestions,provide the government behavior in the city marketing optimization decision-making reference,to better promote the Beibei city marketing strategy implementation,speed up the urban construction from type to the latter in the transformation of government function,It will further promote the competitiveness of Beibei district and provide some reference for other cities to improve their marketing level.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part,introduction.This paper mainly introduces the background and significance of this topic,the status quo of literature research at home and abroad,and explains and predicts the research methods,research emphases,difficulties and innovations adopted in this paper.The second part,concept and theoretical basis.This paper introduces related concepts and theoretical basis,and provides theoretical support for subsequent research.The third part is the evaluation of government behavior in the city marketing of Beibei District of Chongqing.Firstly,relevant literature was collected to analyze the evaluation indexes,and the evaluation index system of government behavior in city marketing of Beibei District of Chongqing was established scientifically with the help of Delphi method,and the weight of each level index of the evaluation indexes was calculated by ahp.Then,through the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,quantitative evaluation of various indicators in the behavior evaluation index system,combined with the weight of each level of indicators,the comprehensive evaluation result of government behavior in the city marketing of Beibei district is obtained.The fourth part of Chongqing Beibei district in the city marketing of the current situation of government behavior and existing deficiencies and reasons.Through consulting and collecting data,this paper analyzes the existing resources of Beibei District,analyzes the government’s responsibility in the city marketing of Beibei District,and finds the deficiencies in the government’s behavior and analyzes the causes of the problems according to the score of the above four indicators.The fifth part,domestic city marketing government behavior experience analysis and enlightenment and behavior optimization suggestions.Collect part of the city government city marketing cases,comprehensive analysis of their experience and get enlightenment.Based on the above analysis of Beibei District government’s responsibility in urban marketing,evaluation results,deficiencies and reasons,and drawing inspiration from the experience of other cities,specific countermeasures and suggestions are listed from four indicators.The sixth part,conclusion and prospect.Based on the previous research,three conclusions are put forward,and the future research of this paper is prospected. |
