Policy Research On Financing Of SMEs Based On The Perspective Of Local Government

Small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)play an important role in the process of economic development.They not only contribute a large proportion of GDP and tax revenue,but also contribute many jobs and technological innovation.They are the main force of China’s economic development,but also an important support to expand employment and improve people’s livelihood.However,due to the high credit risk,short average life,information asymmetry between SMEs and capital suppliers and other reasons,SMEs face the problem of difficult and expensive financing in the operation and development for a long time,which has become a key factor restricting the growth of SMEs.In essence,the financing gap of small and medium-sized enterprises is a phenomenon of market failure.The government’s public policy intervention is one of the effective ways to solve the imbalance of market resource allocation.To ensure the development of SMEs,local governments have actively issued financing support policies for SMEs.In this paper,Jiangxi Province as an example,based on the perspective of local government,through in-depth data analysis,show the development status and financing status of SMEs in Jiangxi Province,using public policy theory and public service theory to summarize the financing support policies for SMEs in Jiangxi Province in recent years,combined with the financing characteristics of SMEs in Jiangxi Province,This paper focuses on the problems and deficiencies of financing support policies for SMEs in Jiangxi Province,and analyzes the causes.Then through the comparative research method,analysis of Germany,the United States,Japan,and other major developed countries to support SMEs financing practices,refining the relevant experience for reference.Finally,in this paper,make the local government to support SMEs financing policy recommendations,the local government how to improve the financial environment,optimizing the policy support,strengthen coordination management puts forward related Suggestions,to improve local government support for SMEs financing policy ideas,to promote the sustained and healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises,thereby promoting the development of the local economy to achieve high quality.
