Research On Information Management Of Archives Of Grassroots Government Departments

The archives management of grass-roots government departments is the key and difficult problem of the current grass-roots government management.With the rapid development of modern information technology,the management of archives has also quietly changed.In the past,the archives management of government departments mainly relied on manual management,and the management efficiency was relatively low.The use of modern information means for file management can greatly improve the efficiency of file work,so it is very necessary to establish a digital file information management system that keeps pace with the times for file information management.This paper is based on the research on the information management of government departments in Y County,L City,and adopts the method of literature data,questionnaire survey,case analysis and field visits.This paper expounds the current situation of archives management in Y County government departments from four aspects: the establishment of archives institutions and staffing,infrastructure construction,archives resources,and service utilization.It is concluded that in the archives informatization management,there are despised archives informatization management work,there is no effective starting point for promoting archives informatization management work,failing to establish a sound file information management system,the software and hardware foundation of archives information management is weak,and the informatization business level of the archives team is not strong,etc.At the same time,in-depth analysis of the reasons for the occurrence of related problems is mainly caused by various factors such as insufficient understanding of ideological concepts,imperfect archives working mechanism,imperfect archives management system,shortage of archives informatization funds,and lack of archives professionals.This paper comprehensively uses the theory of public management.Summarize and extract the archives information management countermeasures and suggestions of grassroots government departments that can be replicated and worth popularizing,which are scientifically and rationally formulate the development plan of the archives business,perfecting the archives legal system and raising the archives consciousness of the whole society,improve the working mechanism of archives,strengthen the supervision and examination of archives,establish a file information management system and implement it strictly and standardly,increase special investment in archives informatization and improve infrastructure construction,strengthening the construction of the archival talent team and improving the talent training system,etc.
