Research On Informatization Construction Of Court Archives Under Big Data Environment

With the development and promotion of information technology and intelligent technology such as cloud computing,Internet of Things,mobile Internet,big data,etc.,using information technology to present high-efficiency management level and intelligent data analysis for case file analysis management.At present,the court has accumulated a large amount of case files and has the basis for carrying out big data applications.Nowadays,with the rapid development of information technology,how to use these information technologies to integrate and analyze the big data of the files to ensure that big data plays a better role.It will become more and more important to release people from monotonous and tedious repetitive work.With the in-depth study of big data research,the efficient management of archives relies more and more on data analysis.Therefore,the use of big data analysis in case file analysis management plays an important role.Through the investigation and study of the traditional file analysis and archiving methods,the case file analysis management system for the court was designed and developed,and the system was researched and analyzed.On the basis of fully studying the theory of big data correlation analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the court file analysis management system,and puts forward the goal of using the information technology to achieve unified analysis and management of the file data.Modules for statistical analysis of cases,user and role management,keyword management,file analysis,and file management.The system uses Spring Boot to implement all the logic functions of the system,utilize Bootstrap to embellish the interface style,use the Thymeleaf template engine to process the data interaction between the front and the back,and use Mysql as the database of the system.The system login role is different,the system login and Logout,view statistical analysis data,file classification,keywords,file analysis and file volume management addition,modification,deletion and other operations.By introducing big data analysis method,Hadoop is used to integrate the distributed storage data in the court file analysis management system,and an analysis overview of the case file and keyword data is generated through the file volume unified analysis module,and the graphs such as the histogram and the pie chart are intuitively utilized.The display shows the current amount of system data and the number of keywords counted.On the one hand,the application of Hadoop enhances the intelligence of the court file analysis function,and can quickly and accurately count the case handling efficiency and the recent case occurrence;on the other hand,optimize the work efficiency of the relevant staff.The system transmits and receives work through computers and networks,which saves time and ensures accuracy.Through software technology,it reduces the repetitive work of relevant personnel and reduces the labor cost of the organization,thereby achieving the purpose of improving efficiency and saving time.Different query conditions are set in the system,and the key content in the file is extracted by the program,and automatically classified after analysis and comparison.And through the addition of the file of the case file,the dynamic update of the case category vocabulary is achieved,so that as the vocabulary becomes more and more perfect,the identification and classification of the file will be more and more accurate.Make use of software technology to automatically classify the file types and features automatically.Create a file directory,and query,edit,and manage historical file information,so that relevant personnel can obtain information and facilitate mutual learning without leaving the home.
