Research On Intelligent Anti Smuggling Construction From The Perspective Of Seamless Government

In 2018 and 2019,the central government successively issued documents on the adjustment of the public security management system of the industry,marking the beginning of a new round of adjustment of the management system of the anti smuggling department.As a criminal police organization specializing in Combating Smuggling Crimes,the anti smuggling Department transferred from the main leader of the customs to the leader of the Ministry of public security.Nowadays,based on the technology,Internet and big data technology,we are constantly promoting the innovation of government governance,and the construction of smart city and smart public security is in full swing.Under the trend of public security vigorously promoting the construction of rejuvenating the police through science and technology,the anti smuggling department,as a kind of police of public security,is also vigorously promoting the construction of rejuvenating the police through science and technology.However,due to various business and historical reasons,the construction of some systems is still repeated and isolated.Based on this situation,The concept of seamless government theory can provide theoretical support for the construction of a new intelligent anti smuggling construction model.Based on the seamless government theory,this paper reviews and analyzes the existing modes of intelligent anti smuggling,takes the integration of intelligent anti smuggling construction into intelligent public security construction as the starting point,and uses the methods of literature research,case analysis,investigation and interview to analyze the existing problems under the background of management system reform and combined with the current situation of intelligent anti smuggling of G customs anti smuggling Bureau.By applying the seamless government theory and from the perspective of this theory,this paper makes a comprehensive and objective analysis on the problems existing in the existing intelligent anti smuggling construction,analyzes the deep-seated reasons,and tries to put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of a new intelligent anti smuggling model in line with the reality of the anti smuggling department from the construction ideas and Implementation Paths.
