Research On The Rural Governance Structure Of Hukou County Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The issues of agriculture,rural areas and farmers have always been the focus of attention,especially since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the "three rural issues" have been raised again in the report.The report proposes to fully implement the rural revitalization strategy.The implementation of this strategy puts forward higher-level requirements for rural governance.The basis for the continuous development of rural governance is "effective governance".After the reform and opening up,the main body of rural governance has continued to develop,the ability of governance has been greatly improved,and the system of rural governance has become more complete.However,in the process of rural modernization and urbanization,the problem of rural governance structure is relatively high.It is highlighted that there are defects in the development of the main body of rural governance,and the unreasonable structure leads to a gap between the governance capacity and the goal of modernization.For this reason,this paper takes Hukou County as an example,adopts the method of literature research,investigation and interview research,and comparative research method to study the problems of rural governance structure in Hukou County under the background of rural revitalization strategy and propose countermeasures.This paper first gives a definitional introduction to the basic concepts,gives a brief description of the related concepts of extension,and sorts out the theoretical basis of the governance structure problem studied in this paper.Second,it summarizes the problems existing in the rural governance structure of Hukou County in the process of rural revitalization strategy.The main reason is that the leadership of the village party organization does not play a central role,the autonomous villager organization does not have a solid foundation,and the rural The main aspects of governance are relatively single,and the relationship between them is very disordered.Analysis of the reasons behind it,it is basically believed that there is a dislocation of the consciousness and concepts of the rural intellectual subjects,and the credibility is further weakened.Thirdly,in view of the governance structure of the countryside in my country,the successful experience of local rural governance is expounded,and further summarized and analyzed.Finally,the corresponding suggestions for improving the rural governance structure under the background of the rural revitalization strategy are put forward from five aspects,hoping to provide some references for the improvement of rural governance and the strategic promotion of rural revitalization.
