| Since the reform and opening up,China’s higher education has developed rapidly,many schools are moving towards first-class colleges and universities,and schoolage youth are more likely to receive higher education.In the 1990 s,the state successively included a number of colleges and universities in the ranks of key universities through the "211 Project" and "985 Project".In 2017,the state replaced the construction of "211 Project" and "985 Project" with the construction of "double first-class" universities.There are some problems in the national key university construction project,among which the most representative problem is the employment discrimination against non key college students(hereinafter referred to as "College discrimination").College discrimination refers to the unreasonable requirements of colleges and universities unrelated to professional requirements put forward by the employer for the personal conditions of candidates in the process of recruitment.The phenomenon of College discrimination is reasonable.However,there are three kinds of misconceptions in this behavior.The most important theoretical basis for regulating college discrimination is the equal right to employment enjoyed by Chinese citizens.The theory of educational equity and social responsibility also provide a reasonable basis for anti college discrimination.The phenomenon of College discrimination violates the provisions of China’s constitution and laws on the protection of the right to equal employment.At the same time,due to the lack of legal,administrative and judicial protection of the right to equal employment,employers wantonly implement college discrimination.Therefore,we need to suit the remedy to the case and take various measures to solve it.Specifically,we can effectively regulate the discrimination of employers and universities by improving the legislative,administrative and judicial systems,truly protect the equal right to employment of college students in China,create a fair employment platform and alleviate the current severe employment situation. |
