| Entering the new development stage of the 14 th Five-year Plan,Guangxi is facing new development opportunities and challenges.In order to fully implement the new development concept,accelerate the formation of a cooperation platform for ASEAN to better serve the "Belt and Road",and build a modern public service system,it is of vital importance to promote the modernization of Guangxi’s governance.The strategy of "Strengthening Capital" has also put forward higher standards for the governance capacity and work efficiency of Nanning administrative departments.Through strengthening civil servant training,taking targeted and professional management strategies for training objects,training management and training transformation atmosphere will play an important role in realizing effective transformation of training results and effectively improving civil servant individual performance,organizational performance and governance level.However,the current situation of the transformation of civil servant training results is not ideal,and the transformation management of training results is not complete,which leads to the training fails to give full play to the function value in the work,and is not conducive to improving the governance capacity and service level of the administrative department.Therefore,in-depth research on the management of the transformation of civil servant training results,and then change the current situation of poor training results is particularly important.Taking urban management department of Nanning city as an example,this study uses questionnaire survey and interview to understand the management strategy operation status of the transformation of civil servant training results,and found that the training results transformation management strategy has some problems,such as imperfect content,unscientific design and unconnected supporting system.Combined with theoretical knowledge,this study found that the main factors affecting the transformation management strategy of training results include a wrong perception of training,the lack of professional training management design and the lack of strategic guidance in civil servant training.In order to improve the effectiveness of management strategies and solve the problem of unsatisfactory transformation of civil servant training results.This study tries to put forward some suggestions on correcting the training cognition of civil servant,improving the professional level of training management,perfecting the supporting system and improving the atmosphere of organizational learning.This study tries to make the following two innovations: the first is the research topic has a certain novelty.It expand the research content of training achievement transformation and explore the improvement direction of civil servant training achievement transformation;The second is to build a "self-managementorganization-environment support" civil servant training achievement transformation management strategy to provide useful reference for improving the transformation effect of public sector training achievement. |
