| With the development of globalization,while human economy and scientific and technological achievements can be rapidly popularized,the transmission speed and influence scope of regional crisis events are also greatly improved.In risk societies,the threat of public health emergencies in rural communities is similar to that of urban communities.However,most of the current research scope on public health emergencies in China focuses on urban areas,and there are only a few related studies on rural grassroots communities.In order to increase the research on the emergency management of major public health emergencies in rural communities,improve the ability of rural community emergency management,this article in Henan H county D village new epidemic prevention and control,for example,take interview,questionnaire method field survey,explore the results,problems and causes of D village community in the emergency management of the major public health emergencies,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that the following problems mainly exist in the response of COVID-19:single subject under administrative system;rigid response of emergency management process;failure of mass prevention and treatment mechanism;lack of legitimacy and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.Through investigation and analysis,it is believed that the following problems exist in COVID-19: single subject under administrative system;rigid response of emergency management process;failure of mass prevention and treatment mechanism;lack of legitimacy a concept.Further analysis,the author believes the causes of the problems are:The government undertakes everything,and the multi-subject training is insufficient;weak administrative power in rural communities;lack of system guarantee and backward information technology;lack of crisis awareness and emergency education in rural areas.According to the causes of the problem,the author puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: construct the participation mode of rural community emergency management organization;enhance community administrative awareness and normative constraints;promote the construction of emergency law,innovate information technology means;and strengthen the awareness of crisis and emergency knowledge in rural areas. |
