Study On Service Quality Evaluation And Promotion Strategy Of Traffic Police Window In N City

In recent years,based on completely understanding and serious implementation of documents,which including but not limited to Instruction of how to improving the approval process for public from the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council,and implementation opinions of how to deepen‘Decentralization,Administration and Services’ reform(the reform)for the approval process for public from the Ministry of Public Security,the public security organization from different levels and places in China have continuously deepened the reform to improving each function department to server public in good.Traffic police is a functional department of public security that people pay close attention to.The traffic police service window is the high-frequency platform to serve the public,a direct channel for the public security department to offer services to the public,and is also a bridge to connect the office-public relationship.The window service reform has been attached importance to by governments as an important part of the reform.This paper studies the service quality improvement strategy of traffic police window base on N city as an example.By analyzing the service quality impact factors of traffic police window and combining with relevant theoretical results,to build up an evaluation system for traffic police window service quality,which base on samples from N city to deliver empirical research and improvement strategies on service quality evaluation.It provides methods for improving the service quality of traffic police window and provides method guarantee for social development.Based on the analysis of relevant knowledge such as service-oriented government theory,SERVQUAL theory and IPA analysis method,combined with the combing of relevant studies already carried out at various government windows,the basic concepts,functional positioning,development trends and the connotation and composition of service quality of traffic police windows are analysed.Explaining the applicability and rationality of service-oriented government theory and SERVQUAL theory in the study of service quality of traffic police windows,combining the main functions and characteristics of traffic police windows,and using the SERVQUAL framework model to construct a service quality evaluation system for traffic police windows.The survey of this paper was designed by the fundamental the window service quality system and deliver to three selected window in N city.The researching process was improved by survey’s reliability and validity,and analyzed by IPA to achieved the result.The strategy analyze was given by Quadrant to deliver the “need for continued”,“focused improvement”,“over-performance” and “no priority for improvement”four situations.Based on above,the paper deliver five strategies to improving service quality of the window at N city.
