Research On The Improvement Of Traffic Management Window Service Quality In B City Under The Background Of Informatization

The current informatization construction and “Internet” has penetrated into all walks of life in the big background all the word,the traffic window as a public service,taking full use of the mobile Internet technology,computer technology,information management technology and modern information technology means,through the platform optimization,network construction and technical talent introduction means,to provide the information to the public,online business and public participation,these have become the important link of the situation that promote harmonious the relation between fish and water,and an important innovation path of deepening reform of administrative system in our country.It is also an inevitable requirement to build a service-oriented government that the people are satisfied with,which President Xi Jinping put forward in his report to the 19 th National Congress of the CPC.Now,more and more people require the window service staff who have a good attitude and high efficiency.This requires the traffic control department to improve work efficiency and optimize services on the basis of recognizing its own shortcomings.However,this article cannot intuitively determine the specific impact of information network platforms,hardware service equipment,technology use and utilization talents and information supervision methods on the quality of window services,so specific statistical methods are needed to confirm them.This article takes "Research on the Improvement of Service Quality of Traffic Control Window in City B under the Background of Information Technology" as the topic,combined with the actual situation of the work,conducted a questionnaire survey for the masses who came to the traffic control window to do business.After testing the reliability and validity of the scale,Spss22.0 was used to conduct confirmatory factor analysis,descriptive statistical analysis and hierarchical regression analysis to verify the hypothesis.The following conclusions are drawn: The four variables of information network platform,hardware service equipment,technology use and utilization talents,and information supervision methods have different influences on the service quality of the traffic control window in City B,and they all have a significant positive correlation.And based on the results of the empirical analysis,suggestions for improving the service quality of traffic control windows are put forward.It is hoped that the research of this paper will be helpful to the improvement of the service quality of traffic control windows in City B.
