The rapid development and integration of intelligent technologies,represented by digitalisation and artificial intelligence,has led to the continued transformation and upgrading of community services.The widespread use of intelligent technology is constantly driving innovation in community service provision,and while raising the level of community service quality capabilities,it also poses new requirements for the exploration of the inner driving mechanisms of community service quality and the construction of operational management mechanisms in an intelligent context.At present,the issue of intelligence-driven community service transformation and quality enhancement has attracted continuous attention from the academic community,but no systematic cognition of the inner influence mechanism has been formed.It is of great significance to explore in depth the influence mechanism of smart multi-dimensional elements on community service quality,reveal the influence elements of community service quality driven by intelligence and propose promotion strategies to improve community service quality.This study is placed in the context of the intelligence-driven era,based on the theoretical foundation of new public services and public service quality,and uses a cross-case qualitative analysis method to investigate and analyze two representative communities in Tianjin’s Sino-Singapore Eco-city and Nankai District J and B.By constructing a theoretical model of the influence mechanism of intelligent elements,residents’ perceived value,relationship maintenance and community service quality,forming hypotheses related to the direct and mediated influence relationships,and empirically testing the theoretical model,we propose strategies to promote community service quality at three levels: intelligent multidimensional elements,perceived value and relationship maintenance.The main findings of this study are as follows:(1)Through a combination of theoretical analysis and cross-case analysis,the theoretical framework of the impact mechanism of community service quality driven by intelligence and the role of the relationship between each element are clarified,and a theoretical model of the impact mechanism between intelligent components,residents’ perceived value,relationship maintenance and community service quality is constructed.(2)Based on the theoretical model,intelligent constituent elements,residents’ perceived value,relationship maintenance and community service quality intrinsic influence mechanism empirically verify the research hypotheses,a total of 46 hypotheses are valid,among which the influence relationship between intelligent resource elements on residents’ perceived internal value and residents’ trust on community service quality functionality is not verified.(3)The mediating role of residents’ perceived values and relational dimensions in the constitutive dimension of intelligence and the quality of intelligence-driven community services was verified.(4)To propose strategies for promoting the quality of community services driven by intelligence at three levels: the perceived value of community services,relationship maintenance and service capacity building. |
