| The ruling foundation of the party lies at the grass-roots level.The stable and healthy development of the grass-roots level is of great significance to the development and long-term stability of the whole country.As the most grass-roots organization of China’s administrative system,grass-roots governments shoulder the responsibility of closely contacting and serving the masses.As the backbone of grass-roots work,civil servants face the people directly and are the bridge between the party and the masses.Grass-roots civil servants should not only implement national policies and guidelines,We should also do a good job in serving the masses.If the relationship between cadres and the masses is not handled properly,unstable events are likely to occur,which will affect the credibility of the local government,social harmony and stability,and is not conducive to local development.Since the outbreak of the COVID-19,under the leadership of the party,people from all walks of life across the country have rallied as one.Especially,as the first line and the last pass of the epidemic prevention and control,grass-roots civil servants have adhered to the front line of prevention and control,taken the lead,fought day and night,and made arduous efforts to win the battle against the epidemic.After entering the period of normalization of epidemic prevention and control,the COVID-19 strain has mutated rapidly,the domestic epidemic has broken out in many places,rebounded seriously,and the task of normalization of epidemic prevention and control is heavy and stressful.Against this background,China has entered the period of full implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.The implementation of the new national policy of benefiting the people and the project of benefiting the people,as well as the phased and sudden work tasks,have led to more arduous tasks for grass-roots civil servants,The social problems we face are more complex.The occupational pressure we bear has developed from diversification to specialization.The occupational pressure is more prominent,and the group occupational pressure has more independent characteristics.Therefore,taking the work,life and physical and mental state of grass-roots civil servants in epidemic prevention and control as the starting point,studying the occupational pressure of grass-roots civil servants,analyzing the causes of occupational pressure and discussing the management countermeasures of occupational pressure have better theoretical and practical significance for strengthening the construction of grass-roots civil servants and promoting the development of the government.With the theme of "occupational pressure of grassroots civil servants",take the Y area of Z City in central China,and 355 grassroots civil servants from 18 township government and sub-district offices in Y to analyze the questionnaire results,summarize the occupational pressure under the epidemic prevention and control,analyze the stress,and analyze the countermeasures and countermeasures.First,personal level: establish a strong sense of purpose of serving the people,reasonably plan career prospects,improve work ability and skills,and establish a good family support atmosphere;Second,the organizational level: increase the number of grass-roots government posts,clarify the relationship between power and responsibility,improve salary,improve the assessment and promotion mechanism,reasonably divide labor,and establish a harmonious organizational culture;Third,the social level: rationally recognize the career of grass-roots civil servants,guide the correct cognition of social public opinion,and improve the social security mechanism and psychological assistance system.Put forward targeted suggestions and countermeasures from the above three levels,hoping to provide useful help to alleviate the occupational pressure of grass-roots civil servants. |
