Research On The Dissemination Of Clean Government Culture In The Central Soviet Area

On November 7,1931,the Provisional Central government of the Soviet Republic of China was established in Ruijin,Jiangxi,and the Communist Party of China began to step onto the historical stage as the ruling party.The partial ruling experience of the central Soviet Area provided valuable historical experience for our party to establish the national political power in the future and govern for a long time.The anti-corruption struggle and the construction of clean government culture in the central Soviet Area was an important part of the party’s partial ruling period in the central Soviet Area.Since the 18 th,the anti-corruption struggle of our party made great achievements and a landslide victory,Xi Jinping,general secretary in the 19 th session of the central commission for discipline inspection three plenary sessions to formally announce the results of the whole party and the whole society,and put forward the "comprehensive governing party greater strategic achievements,consolidate the development of anti-corruption struggle landslide victory" of the new requirements.In the face of new requirements,we should pay more attention to the long-term nature of the anti-corruption struggle,further strengthen the construction of an honest and clean culture,and root the culture of an honest and clean in the hearts of every party member and cadres as well as the people.This paper focuses on the historical experience of the construction of clean government culture during the partial ruling period of the Party in the central Soviet Area,and holds that in the construction of clean government culture,the dissemination of clean government culture is the key step to ensure the party’s ruling idea,the party’s style and the party’s discipline.Just as strict discipline needs effective implementation as a guarantee,the party’s ideology and culture also need effective communication channels,so as to make it rooted in the hearts of every Party member,cadre and the people.Therefore,this paper focuses on the dissemination of clean and honest culture in the central Soviet Area,which can also provide historical reference for our party to build a clean and upright inner-party political ecology in the new era.This paper uses Marxist positions,viewpoints and methods,combined with the relevant theories of communication,to deeply explore the background and basis of the party and the Soviet government in the dissemination of clean government culture,that is,the social and historical conditions for the formation of communication,the theories of Marxist classical writers and early party leaders on communication thought;effective carrier,that is,according to the different characteristics of the audience,the party and the Soviet government choose to use newspapers and periodicals,integrate the graphic carrier of slogans and comics,and carry out the artistic language carrier of drama deduction and ballad transmission;and from the masses of workers and peasants,party and government cadres,Soviet government and other social levels summed up the dissemination of the historical results obtained.On this basis,extract the contemporary enlightenment contained in it.
