Study On The Construction Of Party Style And Clean Government In Central Soviet Area And Its Experience Enlightenment

The period of Central Soviet Area is the period when the Communist Party of China began to govern locally,and is the historical starting point of the Communist Party of China’s governance.During this period,the Party’s exploration of the construction of Party conduct and clean government occupies an important position in the construction history of the Communist Party of China.By studying the construction of Party conduct and clean government in the Central Soviet Area,it can provide a useful mirror for the fight against corruption and strengthening the construction of the Party style in the new era.Based on this,this paper mainly discusses the construction of party style and clean government in the Central Soviet area from four parts.The first part mainly studies the historical background of the construction of Party style and clean government in the Central Soviet Area.After the failure of the Great Revolution,the Communist Party of China was faced with a new situation and assumed a new task.Therefore,this part mainly discusses the necessity of building a clean and honest Party style in the Central Soviet area from two aspects: adapting to the needs of China’s revolutionary situation and the change of the Party’s own situation,adapting to the needs of the central Soviet area’s political power construction and the development of the base areas.The second part is the research of the main contents and measures of the construction of Party style and clean government in the Central Soviet Area.This paper mainly discusses four aspects: to strengthen the ideological and political construction within the Party through the education of Party conduct and clean government,to strengthen the construction of the system of clean government to standardize the working mode and behavior mode of Party members and cadres,to give full play to the supervision role of the masses to mobilize the strength of the masses of workers and peasants,and to strengthen the construction of Party members and cadres’ style to forge an excellent revolutionary team.And the central Soviet area to carry out the construction of the party style of the concrete measures to carry out research.The third part is the historical function and limitation of the construction of Party style and clean government in the Central Soviet area.The historical role mainly includes thorough investigation of a number of corruption cases,and purity of Party members and cadres;Formed a clean and honest party style and political style,fostered the Soviet spirit;It has overcome the phenomenon of intra-party bureaucracy and closely linked the Party with the masses.Enhanced the Party’s combat effectiveness and cohesion,and promoted the development of land revolution in four aspects.The limitation mainly includes that the construction of Party conduct and clean government is affected by the wrong leaning of "left";Supervision institutions are not sound enough and their work lacks independence;The inadequacy of the legal system of the construction of clean government and the serious phenomenon that the rule of man replaces the rule of law are three aspects.The fourth part is to the central Soviet area of the party style construction of the experience of enlightenment.Based on the actual situation of promoting the construction of Party conduct and clean government in the new era,this paper points out that strengthening the ideological and political education within the Party is an important foundation for promoting the construction of Party conduct and clean government,the exemplary role of leading cadres is a necessary condition for strengthening the construction of Party conduct and clean government,the perfect system is an important guarantee for strengthening the construction of Party conduct and clean government,and the active participation of the masses is the source of strength for strengthening the construction of Party conduct and clean government.
