Research On The Governance Of National Separatism By The Communist Party Of China (Since 1949)

National separatism is one of the main problems affecting the security and stability of modern multi-ethnic countries.Since 1949,based on China’s actual situation,the Communist Party of China has effectively governed national separatism,forming a comprehensive governance system that integrates the governing subject,governing object,governing method,governing goal and governing effect.The Communist Party of China’s governance of national separatism is a complex and systematic work.To clarify the internal structure of governance,the following five problems should be solved: First,clarify the role of the Communist Party of China in governing national separatism;Second,clarify the object of the Communist Party of China’s governance of national separatism,and clarify the main characteristics and contemporary changes of national separatist forces;Third,clarify the value orientation of the Communist Party of China in governing national separatism and the goals it wants to achieve;Fourth,clarify the specific measures taken by the Chinese Communist Party to deal with national separatism forces and the main methods of national separatism governance;Fifth,clarify the overall effect of the Communist Party of China in governing national separatism and the effectiveness of its governance strategy.In the governance of national separatism,the Communist Party of China is the core subject of national separatist governance,playing a leading role in " commanding the overall situation and coordinating all parties".Governments at all levels and relevant departments are the main participants and executors of national separatist governance.The national separatist forces are the main object of national separatist governance.They show an inherently complex development trend and constantly renovated publicity means with the changes of the times.In this regard,the Communist Party of China accurately grasps the focus and direction of national separatist governance in different historical stages,timely formulates Countermeasures and adjusts governance methods.The methods in which the Communist Party of China governs national separatism include designing an anti-separatist system at the macrolevel,and adopting various methods such as specific economic construction,cultural identity,publicity and education,military strikes,and international cooperation at the micro-level.The primary goal of the Communist Party of China’s governance of national separatism is to ensure people’s security and political security,the direct goal is to eradicate the forces of national separatism and their ideological sources,and the fundamental goal is to consolidate the consciousness of the Chinese nation as a community.Finally,in terms of governance effect,through more than 70 years of effective governance,especially since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of my country,violent and terrorist incidents in China have been greatly reduced,the momentum of national separation has been fundamentally curbed,the frontier national areas have maintained long-term stable development,and all national groups have been living in harmony,the construction of the community of the Chinese nation has achieved initial results.However,truly eliminating national separatism is still a long-term and arduous task.We should continue to consolidate the current achievements in governance and uphold and strengthen the overall leadership of the Communist Party of China;Strengthen the use of network technology and establish a professional network response mechanism;We will intensify international cooperation based on the consensus on antisecession and prevent the internationalization of the issue of national separation.
