Problems And Countermeasures Of Propaganda Work Of Ganyu District Government Of Lianyungang City

We should always insist Marxism-Leninism,Mao Zedong Thought,Deng Xiaoping Theory,the important thought of "Three Represents",the Scientific Outlook on Development,and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era in propaganda work of government to provide sufficient ideas Foundation and ideals and beliefs,public opinion support,spiritual motivation and cultural conditions for the realization of our great Chinese dream.This article studies the propaganda work of the Ganyu District government,explores the problems and causes in the propaganda work of the Ganyu District government based on the actual situation,and puts forward feasible strategies and suggestions for further improving the propaganda work according to the problems reflected,so as to ensure the propaganda work can undertake the mission of "raising the flag,gathering people’s hearts,cultivating new people,revitalizing culture,and developing image" effectively.This article comes to a conclusion that in order to create a good environment for publicity and public opinion environment,Ganyu District focuses on learning and propagating and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era closely with the combination of the research methods such as questionnaires and field interviews,with the comprehensive application of analysis such as the new public service theory.However,during the research process,it was also discovered that there are also some problems in the propaganda work in Ganyu District,which are mainly reflected in the following aspects: the first one is that the content and methods of the publicity have not fully met the needs of the masses;the second one is the development of the government’s administrative APP is immature;the third one is that there are few propagandists.The fourth one is that the utilization rate of grassroots public cultural facilities is low.The main reasons for the above problems are as following:1.part of the leadership in charge of the ideological lack of height;2.poorly targeted work;3.ignoring the role of new media in two-way communication;4.insufficient working mechanism and lagging team building.5.government funds and technical support are insufficient.There are five suggestions which are put forward to deal with the above questions,the first one is to improve the understanding of grassroots propaganda work;the second one is to coordinate the development of the integrated media center;the third one is to improve the mechanism of grassroots propaganda work;the fourth one is to strengthen the construction of grassroots cultural positions;Last but not least it is necessary to strengthen the funding guarantee for propaganda work to improve and perfect the propaganda work of Ganyu District.
