Study On The Application And Optimization Of Wechat Official Account In Prison Management Of A Province Under Epidemic Prevention And Control

The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 has made prisons with high population density an important battleground for epidemic prevention and control.In the context of epidemic prevention and control,prison authorities not only undertake the arduous task of preventing the virus from entering into the high walls,but also shouldering the important responsibility of maintaining the safety and stability of the regulatory sites.Under the double test,how to adapt to the changing situation,actively using innovative means,performing the main function of punishment and reform of criminals and the service function of criminals and prison people’s police,and better promoting the process of building a society with the rule of law,has become a new and important topic.Recently,wechat official account has become a key position for government public departments to open government information,respond to social concerns,innovate service carriers and promote collaborative governance.As a special government organization,prison authorities can also use wechat official account to improve prison management efficiency and law enforcement services during the epidemic.This paper takes the wechat official account of prison in A province as the research object,references and studies relevant literatures on the application of new media in prison management at home and abroad,and sorts out specific methods of the application of wechat official account in prison management in A province under epidemic prevention and control from the aspects of adjusting content structure,innovating interaction modes and integrating resource allocation.In-depth prison front-line investigation and research,questionnaires and in-depth interviews were used to collect first-hand materials,and the survey data were analyzed.Based on the analysis results,the basic situation of wechat official account application in prison management of A province under the epidemic prevention and control was measured,and the preliminary results were summarized.In the process of practice innovation,A province in the prison management wechat official account application also exist many problems,such as failure to effectively meet users’ information demand,insufficiency of the prison management innovation for the users’ participation in interactive experience,the prison management innovation project operation efficiency is not high,the inadequate protection of the wechat official account number in application and the prison management innovation initiative is not enough.In the view of various problems,the reasons are analyzed as follows: lack of pertinence of demand and supply in prison management,lack of practicability of interactive innovation of wechat official account,imperfect construction of supporting mechanism for the operation of innovation projects,inadequate guarantee of application of wechat official account in prison management,and weak awareness of innovation in prison management during the epidemic.Finally,the optimization countermeasures were proposed: Optimization wechat official account demand to supply in the prison management,promote wechat official account interactive experience in prison management,improve the prison management in project operation mechanism in the construction,strengthening the management of prison wechat official account,application security,strengthen epidemic prevention and control under the cultivation of innovative consciousness,prison management and the new media application in prison management put forward the prospects for the future development direction.
