At present,China is in a critical period of socio-economic transformation and comprehensively deepening reform.Various value orientations and interest demands are intertwined,and various social internal contradictions occur frequently.If such incidents are not handled properly,they will easily lead to social public crisis,affect social stability and unity,and affect social economic development.The emergence of new media has brought both opportunities and great challenges to the government in dealing with public crisis events,which makes the handling of such problems more complex and easier to breed secondary crises.Therefore,it is particularly important to increase the ability of grass-roots governments to deal with sudden public crises in the context of new media.This paper takes the C City Hanpu nuclear incident as the research object,comprehensively uses the stage analysis theory,multiple governance theory and stakeholder theory,systematically analyzes the whole process of the occurrence and development of the Changsha Hanpu nuclear incident,and adopts the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and case analysis to conduct in-depth research on the strategies of grass-roots governments to deal with public crisis events.On the basis of introducing the basic concepts and theories,this paper takes the C City Hanpu nuclear incident as a specific case study,analyzes the main problems such as insufficient attention to new media information in response to public crisis events,and makes an in-depth analysis of the reasons from many aspects;Finally,from improving the awareness of network public opinion crisis,strengthen the construction of system and mechanism for grass-roots government to deal with public crisis;Strengthen the supervision of new media and other aspects to propose strategies to strengthen the grass-roots government to deal with public crisis. |
