Rapid development of information infrastructure has been brought by the era of data in all walks of life in the past decade.And for the people’s court,it is not an exception.In order to improve the efficiency of court management and operation,people’s courts are constantly devoted to promoting the construction of informatization and intelligentization,and optimizing the functions of analyzing and visualizing accumulated data assets.In recent years,the demand for data display products among the national court information construction projects has reached an unprecedented level,which brings a huge number of repetitive and similar tasks of data display page development.Therefore,quantities of resources and costs of design and development have been consumed.At present,the major data visualization schemes in the industry are mostly geared toward developers,which leads to an extremely high learning cost for ordinary users.With the popularity of chart libraries like Echarts,the research and development mode of data display pages tends to be streamlined,and the UI design is inclined to be homogeneous at the same time.Given this situation,it is urgent to improve the development mode of court data display products.Therefore,the appeal for introducing low-code development strategy to produce related pages is growing much stronger.At the beginning of 2020,constructing a big data center of litigation service is required to be carried out by the People’s Court of Jinghai District in Tianjin.Meanwhile,constructing a new litigation service management and control platform,a large-screen display platform of litigation service data,and a client display platform of litigation service data is also put on the agenda.This project is customized for Jinghai Court Litigation Service Center,which can provide the court staff who lack technical skills of development with the capability of utilizing data screen,and also provide developers with skills of quickly generating front-end codes that can be redeveloped.Thus the efficiency of development can be greatly improved.In this thesis,the design and implementation of the court data large-screen constructing system are introduced,and the following work is conducted as: firstly,the research status and development prospect of large-screen data visualization and low-code development technology at home and abroad are analyzed,and the technical framework needed for project implementation is selected according to the actual situation,including Vue CLI,Spring Boot,Egg Js,Spring Data JPA,websocket communication protocol,etc.Secondly,the system demand is analyzed,the system modules are divided,and the outline design,detailed design and database design of the whole software are carried out.Then,the code realization of the system core part is described,and the core functions including large-screen management,data push,visual component design,large-screen online editing and large-screen display and export are implemented.Finally,the codes are compiled and packaged,the software is tested,the user manual is compiled,and the online operation is deployed.At present,the system has successfully met the basic requirement of the large-screen data of Jinghai Court Litigation Service Center project after many times of iterations,and received positive feedback.Furthermore,attempts are being made to apply the system to other large-screen data generation projects.
