As a special vulnerable group in society,community drug rehabilitation and community rehabilitation personnel will face multiple difficulties and great challenges in the process of returning to society,and need more support and care from family and society.Studies have shown that active social support is a key factor in promoting the integrity of drug rehabilitation personnel and their smooth reintegration into society.In the actual process of drug rehabilitation,drug rehabilitation personnel have many problems,such as weakened motivation for drug rehabilitation caused by unclear self-awareness,poor family interaction caused by family distrust,low employment rate caused by drug abuse background,low community participation caused by the solidification of the public’s "stigmatized" image,and their social support system is weak,which is difficult to meet the needs of drug rehabilitation personnel.As the backbone of drug rehabilitation,drug control social work should not only provide direct support for drug rehabilitation,but also help drug rehabilitation personnel improve their social support system,understand the social support resources around them and their ability to actively use social support.Through the investigation of the registered community drug rehabilitation personnel in Q street,l District,Jiangxi Province,this study classifies the social support by integrating the types of social resources and subjective feelings,and transforms the social support into three dimensions: subjective support,objective support and personal use of support: subjective support mainly includes emotional support,and objective support mainly includes economic support,help and education support and employment support,The individual’s use of support includes the individual’s cognition of support,the interaction between individual and support subject,and the participation in community activities.Based on this dimension,explore the actual needs and social support status of drug rehabilitation groups in the workstation,and analyze the difficulties and causes of social support of drug rehabilitation patients.Using the case work method to directly participate in the object,and based on the social support theory,carry out the research on the social support of drug addicts through the practical activities of case work,help the case owner understand the social support network around him,learn to actively use social resources and strengthen the support of social support system,and try to explore the application of case work method to the construction and improvement of the social support system of drug addicts,Assist drug rehabilitation personnel to enhance their motivation for drug treatment,maintain integrity and better integrate into society.The author selects Cui Mou,a community rehabilitation worker,to implement the service plan under the task center mode from the three levels of individual,family and community.The personal level aims to help drug rehabilitation workers adjust their bad emotions and correct their ideological deviations,so as to improve their awareness of self-identity and social support and meet their cognitive needs;The family level aims to help the case owner repair the family relationship,so as to obtain emotional support and accompanying support to meet his family emotional needs;The community level aims to encourage active participation in community activities and link employment resources through the subjects in social support networks such as communities,so as to stimulate the ability to obtain resource support and obtain employment support and meet their employment and social needs;Finally,a trinity support system of "individual family community" will be formed to ensure that the victims can achieve results in the process of community drug rehabilitation and effectively return to normal society.
