At present,China’s aging of population problem is getting worse.In the context of the new era,the traditional family support methods have been unable to meet the social requirements for the elderly,so it is urgent to give full play to the role of multiple subjects in the elderly.At the same time,the government pays more and more attention to the participation of social forces in the elderly care business,and many property service companies have joined the ranks of elderly care services,opening a new model of "property+ elderly care" services.Because the property management company has stayed in the community for a long time,it is familiar with the residents of the community,and can quickly respond to the needs of the residents.In the daily work of the community,it has accumulated a large amount of basic information on the residents of the community,and has a good understanding of the hardware facilities in the community.With certain management and use rights,it has a solid foundation and inherent advantages to provide elderly care services.However,due to the long construction time and the backward functions of all aspects of the community,the problem of supporting old people has become a major problem.Therefore,the property of the old community should assume the responsibility of providing elderly care services.It needs to be further explored to give full play to its own advantages,fully tap the resources inside and outside the community,and make concerted efforts to promote the development of our country’s elderly care industry.Based on the theories of welfare pluralism,social support,and collaborative governance,this paper adopts the methods of empirical research such as questionnaire surveys and field interviews.Combined with the characteristics of the old community,J Community has mainly done the following work in the pilot project:launching the service content of "conventional+value-added+special features",carrying out the renovation of space suitable for aging,mobilizing residents to participate,and integrating social(community)resources,but there are some confusions and problems in actual operation.The author mainly conducts investigation and research from the three dimensions of the property itself,the elderly and the government.It is found that the "property+elderly care" service in J community has imperfect property service content,poor service standardization,insufficient government support,and the elderly in the pilot project.Insufficient consumption capacity and other issues,and from these three dimensions,it proposes ideas such as improving service content and service system,improving laws and regulations and regulatory mechanisms,and developing a"time bank" mutual assistance model for the elderly.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,some new ideas can be provided for the development of "property+Elderly care" services in old communities. |
