Party organizations at the grassroots level in rural areas are the "backbone" of my country’s rural governance.In order to complete the modernization project of rural governance in China,it is necessary to adhere to the absolute leadership of the Communist Party and overcome dif ficulties under the leadership of grass-roots party organizations.Looking back at the history of revolution in modern China,the Communist Party of China has always been the core leader in the construction of rural society.In the face of the difficult pr oblems in my country’s rural governance,it is necessary to further strengthen the construction of grass-roots party organizations in order to enhance the driving ability of grass-roots party organizations in China’s rural governance.In June2019,the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council gave more specific guidance on improving and enhancing rural governance.It is necessary to establish and improve a modern rural governance sys tem under the leadership of the party committee.The Road to Good Governance in Socialist Rural Areas".The author himself went to S District of Changchun City to conduct on-the-spot investigation,and based on the theory of good governance,he adopted literature review method,practice investigation method and questionnaire survey method,etc.to summarize the basic situation of S District and the general situation of Party building leading rural governance.through the typical village party branch in S area to guide the elements of good governance in rural governance to conduct data analysis,find the problems and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.At present,the rural governance led by the Tun Party branch in District S faces problems such as the urgent need to strengthen the grass-roots party building,insufficient governance participation,insufficient supervision mechanism,weak negotiation and mediation ability,and insufficient legal propaganda.The root cause is the problem of party members in village governance,the lack of public awareness of participation in governance and information,the complex and diverse problems of conflicts and disputes among villagers,and the lack of failure of legal propaganda.Countermeasures and suggestions for Party building to lead rural gover nance:By adhering to the leadership of the party and the main body of the people,the legitimacy of good governance can be achieved;by innovating the way of discussion,interactive participation is encouraged,and the participation of good governance can be achieved;by strengthening information disclosure and implementing democratic supervision,good governance can be achieved The transparency of good governance is achieved by stimulating governance kinetic energy,creating governance effectiveness,and realizing the effectiveness of good governance.
