| With the high quality of the economic and social development,people demand for public fire safety to further increase.Full-time fire brigade,as an important part of public fire safety in emergency rescue,fire control propaganda activity plays an extremely important role,to ensure the local economic and social development and people’s life and property safety.However,from the current situation of the development of current full-time fire team in China,there exists a functional position is not accurate,low working efficiency and guarantee mechanism is not perfect,the problem such as career development prospect is not clear.This article through to the Jilin province full-time fire team construction funds,the hardware and software facilities,normalization management education and professional welfare situation analysis,summarized,and the characteristics of the full-time firefighters combed the Jilin province team,detailed study full-time fire team after the problems existing in the development of Jilin province,found that the current Jilin province full-time fire team management mainly exist the following problems: lack of stability construction of full-time firefighter team;low ability level of full-time firefighter team;difficulty in management education of full-time firefighter team;low management efficiency of full-time firefighter team four aspects.In Jilin province by the reason of the problem The work intensity does not match the salary system.There are defects in the human resource training mechanism of professional firefighters.The professional firefighter guidance and management training system is not scientific and the construction of professional firefighter team management system lags behind in four aspects.By Australia,the United States and Japan to overseas full-time fire team development experience with the domestic mature experience for reference,based on the draw beneficial enlightenment for Jilin province: mainly includes building up innovative full-time firefighter management system,improve the welfare compensation standard,scientific training system,strengthen the government’s policy support and perfect management safeguard mechanism aspects of mature experience.We should consolidate the full-time firefighter team stability,strengthen the human resources management of the full-time firefighter team,improve and innovate the management and training education system of the full-time firefighter team,and optimize the management mechanism of the full-time firefighter team led by the government four aspects to solve the problem.Through the study of this article,can be sustained and healthy development of the Jilin province full-time fire team to provide adequate theoretical basis,at the same time in order to further improve the full time fire team fire prevention ability,team management ability to lay a solid foundation. |
