| The development and revolution of media technology has directly led to the gradual deepening of the democratization of social circles,the media culture that was once full of absolute authority and preaching has gradually disappeared,and the media ecology striving for a high degree of autonomy is rising.At the same time,we increasingly need to filter valuable information out of a wide variety of competitive media.What information should we trust and where does it come from?Where is the truth of the matter?As citizens,how should we filter it?Therefore,when studying the analysis of emotional expression in political and legal public opinion in the post truth era,this paper selects major political and legal cases in 2021 for emotional expression research,makes quantitative statistics on the obtained emotional keywords,and draws the research conclusion of this paper by constructing an emotional model.This paper intends to set up five parts to demonstrate:in the first part of the introduction,it focuses on the systematic elaboration and analysis of the topic selection background,relevant concept definition,research problems,research significance and innovation,research methods and so on,so as to obtain the research value of this paper.The second part of the article begins with the theoretical construction of netizens’emotional expression in the political and legal public opinion in the post truth era.Combined with the research content in the previous part,using the information ecology theory,this paper discusses the important implications of the environmental elements of political and legal public opinion,the main elements of emotional expression and the object elements of emotional expression in the post truth era.Then through the logical analysis of the elements in the previous theory,draw the relevant conclusions of this chapter,and lead to the following case analysis.The third part is an overview of netizens’ emotional expression in political and legal public opinion cases in the post truth era.In this part,it includes sorting out the selected case events,network public opinion and netizens’ emotional tendency.At the same time,it selects four typical cases according to the dimension,and then expounds in detail the data capture and processing means and algorithm logic design process.The fourth part is a quantitative study on the emotional expression of netizens in the four selected political and legal public opinion cases.In this part,the fermentation track of each public opinion event will be described in detail.At the same time,empirical research methods such as independence test and descriptive analysis will be used to give emotional types such as 1-sadness,2-anger,3-happiness,4-surprise,5-fear,6-preference and 7-disgust.The obtained emotional keywords are quantified and counted,and then the emotional values are imported into different periods of public opinion again,and the different expressions of emotions in each period are recorded with data.At the same time,at the end of each case,this will summarize the characteristics of public emotion under the influence of different events and the thinking of emotional expression from the perspective of post truth.The fifth part is the answer to the previous research questions,that is,to draw the research conclusion of this paper.By answering the research questions mentioned above,such as the general impression of netizens’ emotional expression in political and legal public opinion,the time of public opinion development and change in the process of emotional development and change,the expression of netizens’ emotions from the comment text,and the generation and difference of emotion from the theory of information ecology,we draw the research conclusions of this paper.This paper aims to select major political and legal network public opinion cases since 2021 and discuss the emotions of netizens in political and legal public opinion events in the post truth era from many aspects,so as to supplement the analysis and research of emotional expression in political and legal network public opinion in the post truth era. |
