The frequent occurrence of school bullying affects the physical and mental health of many students.The prevention and response of school bullying is of great significance to ensure students to obtain a better educational environment.However,the subjects responsible for the school bullying incident are complex and diverse.Therefore,strengthening the responsibility sharing mechanism,promoting the participation of multiple subjects,further improving the relevant policies and systems,formulating targeted laws and regulations,and realizing the comprehensive governance and collaborative governance of school bullying are the important directions of school bullying’s prevention and control.This study investigates students,teachers and parents’ perception of school bullying’s responsibility attribution,which involves four types(verbal bullying,physical bullying,relationship bullying and cyber bullying),school bullying type and two types of responsibility attribution(causal responsibility attribution and governance responsibility attribution).The specific research questions include three parts:First,the research on school bullying’s responsibility attribution.Second,the research on the influencing factors of school bullying’s responsibility attribution.To explore the specific factors that will lead to the difference of responsibility attribution among respondents.Thirdly,the study of prevention and control countermeasures in school bullying.According to the difference of students’,parents’ and teachers’responsibility attribution,and the results of influencing factors of attribution difference,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for prevention and treatment in school bullying.The data source of this paper is the school bullying survey conducted in primary and secondary schools in Jiangsu Province in 2019.Through the survey experimental method,four experimental scenarios are designed,each bullying type corresponds to one experimental scenario,and four bullying types,namely,speech,body,relationship and internet,are included in the survey experimental method,so as to explore the respondents’ attribution to different school bullying forms of causal responsibility and governance responsibility.Logistic regression is used to analyze the influencing factors and differences of students,teachers and parents’ responsibility attribution to school bullying events by combining the relevant theories and data of school bullying’s responsibility subject attribution.This paper compares the differences between students,teachers and parents’ attribution of causal responsibility and governance responsibility in school bullying events,and studies the similarities and differences of the three roles’ attribution of responsibility in school bullying events.It is found that students,teachers and parents mainly focus on the individual level and family level in the attribution of causal responsibility,and only a small number of respondents think that the government and the public,which have little correlation with their social ecosystem,are the direct responsible subjects for school bullying.Students,teachers and parents focus on the attribution objects of governance responsibility,while students and parents account for a relatively small proportion of the government and the general public’s responsibility for governance,while teachers account for a higher proportion of government governance responsibility.On the difference of bullying types,compared with verbal bullying,the respondents expect the government to take higher responsibility in three types of school bullying:cyber bullying,physical bullying and relationship bullying.If students suffer from relationship bullying,the possibility of attributing it to "no one"(that is,school bullying is a part of students’ life,whose responsibility is no one’s)is high,which reflects the low degree of attention to relationship bullying.Based on the above findings,this study thinks that we should build a new attribution of school bullying,from the previous three attribution states of "individual,family and school" to the one centered on "individual students" and coordinated and co-governed by "family,school,government and society",so as to achieve pre-warning,in-process handling and post-event intervention for school bullying’s work,and at the same time,we should build elaborate prevention measures according to different types of bullying to reduce the occurrence of school bullying incidents...
