Research On The Satisfaction Degree And Its Influencing Factors Of Enterprises In Business Environment From The Perspective Of Management And Service

For a country or region,business environment is very important.In recent years,people all over the world have explored the construction of business environment from different dimensions and perspectives,and constructed a variety of business environment evaluation systems,models and methods.In this paper,the reform of "decentralization,management and service" and the concept of business environment enterprise satisfaction are elaborated in detail.At the same time,it is demonstrated based on the new public management concept and customer satisfaction theory.According to the literature research and the actual situation of business environment construction in Guangzhou,this paper puts forward three research hypotheses,and then designs the evaluation questionnaire and constructs the influencing factor model of business environment enterprise satisfaction.Through descriptive analysis of statistical data,SEM test and other methods,this paper makes empirical analysis on the hypothesis and research model,and finally obtains the influence strength of the influencing factors.According to the research results,this paper believes that the nature of the enterprise,industry,time of establishment and annual income have a significant impact on business environment enterprise satisfaction,while the number of enterprises has no significant impact on business environment enterprise satisfaction.When it acts on the business environment satisfaction alone,the three factors of "release","management" and "service" have a significant impact on the business environment enterprise satisfaction.When they work together,the influence of service optimization is in the first place,the second is streamlining administration and decentralization,and the last is the combination of decentralization and management,which has a relatively weak impact on enterprise satisfaction.Finally,on the basis of the results of the test of influencing factors and the analysis of the questionnaire data,this paper summarizes some problems in the construction of business environment in Guangzhou,and puts forward suggestions from three aspects of "release","management" and "service",including deepening the level of talent service,providing differentiated services on demand,improving response,and paying attention to credit management,so as to improve the business environment Secondly,the effect of improving enterprise satisfaction.
