Administrative approval process as one of the main supervision methods of real estate development projects in China.Under the background of "South expansion" strategy of Chengdu municipal Party committee and government,the real estate industry of Xinjin County has ushered in a good development opportunity.However,the problems existing in the administrative approval process of real estate projects in Xinjin County have different degrees of impact on the development cycle and economic benefits of real estate projects.Therefore,it is urgent to study the problems existing in the process,in order to build a more efficient and transparent approval process,optimize the real estate development environment,and promote the healthy and stable development of the real estate industry and local economy.This paper takes Xinjin County real estate project administrative examination and approval process as the main research object,analysis the examination and approval process and discusses the optimization ideas.Based on the actual situation of the administrative approval process of Xinjin County,through the field investigation of the departments involved in the approval process,the real estate development projects under construction in Xinjin County,the relevant departments,enterprises and historical data are sorted out,and the administrative approval process of the real estate development projects in Xinjin County is studied in detail.At the same time,the paper analyzes the existing problems in the process of administrative examination and approval of real estate projects in Xinjin County and the problems hindering the reform and development of the examination and approval,studies the causes of the problems,puts forward solutions,and optimizes the administrative examination and approval process of local real estate projects.To provide convenience for real estate development enterprises,improve the efficiency of examination and approval,shorten the development cycle,increase development efforts,promote the attraction of attracting investment,add impetus to the growth of enterprises and local economy,reduce administrative costs for local governments,improve administrative efficiency,make the administrative approval process of real estate projects more efficient and transparent,and improve the credibility of the government.
