With the rapid development of the Internet and the further construction of "smart courts",how to use Internet technology to reduce the workload of judges,and to improve the efficiency of paperless office have become the focus of court Internet technology staff.In order to solve the workload of judges,this thesis establish a court intelligent cabinet management system,and liberate judges from complicated and repetitive tasks such as electronic file entry and document printing.Driven by the inspiration of the intelligent express cabinet,this thesis introduces the concept of "intelligent cloud cabinet" and the introduction of outsourced personnel.The purpose is to complete the business process changes with the help of the embedded system cabinet.That is,the judge can complete online business appointments through this system.Obtaining appointment information in the system,the two parties use the cloud cabinet as a transfer station for file access,so that outsourced personnel can complete the work of printing documents and scanning and entering electronic dossiers that belong to the judge,so as to reduce the workload of the judge.In the process of file circulation,in order to avoid the lack of files,the concept of "package" is introduced.The package is the unique identifier of the file,one by one for easy management.This thesis focuses on the research process of the court intelligent cabinet management system,and expounds the design and implementation of the appointment management module,data display module,package business management module,notification management module,access management module,and system management module.The overall development of the project adopts B / S architecture.Use the Dubbo distributed service framework to complete the document generation business,and use the message middleware Kafka to implement distributed implementation of the change of the reservation recording process status.The front end uses the Vue framework and Element UI to complete the interactive page design;the back end uses Spring Boot to build the project framework;the data persistence layer uses the Mybatis framework for database access;uses My SQL for data storage,and uses embedded in the cabinet access subsystem The system cabinet also uses Redis to cache data to reduce the pressure on database access.The system undergoes requirements analysis and summary design,and is implemented and tested in detail according to the divided modules to finally complete an intelligent cabinet management system that meets actual needs.At present,this set of cabinet management system has been put into use in Tianjin Hexi court.The users of the court have feedback that the system is working very well,which has greatly reduced the workload of judges.At the same time,outsourced business has been generated inside the court to promote social development.
