An Empirical Study On The Influencing Factors Of Community Social Work On Urban Residents Autonomy

As a socialist grass-roots democracy in China,resident autonomy is the basic project of national political construction,an important function realization part of the modernization of national governance system and governance ability,and an inevitable choice for building a harmonious society.In this context,how to effectively guide community residents to participate in grass-roots construction has become the most important.However,under the influence of various factors,the residents’ participation in autonomous development is limited,and the residents’ participation consciousness is not perfect and the autonomy ability is not enough.Therefore,the guidance of professional community social work becomes a need.The theory of empowerment,the theory of advantage perspective and other research theories show that professional community social work can work together to build a healthy community and significantly improve the effect of residents’ autonomy.However,there is still room to explore the specific factors of the influence of community social work on residents’ autonomy.Based on this,this paper analyzes the present situation of residents’ autonomy and community social work by combining literature research,theoretical research and empirical research,and finds that residents have enthusiasm and subjectivity in participating in community governance.For example,the participation rate of democratic election and democratic supervision has reached more than 85%.In order to understand the influence factors and degree of community social work on residents’ autonomy,this paper combines the factor analysis method.Firstly,the four dimensions of democratic management,democratic election,democratic supervision and democratic decision-making are selected to explain the dependent variable residents’ autonomy,and the number,specialization and professionalization of community social workers are selected as independent variables;Through correlation analysis,the irrelevant factors of dependent variables are deleted,matched with independent variables and dependent variables,and the appropriate model is selected.Secondly,it is found that the related factors of community social work can significantly promote residents’ autonomy.In particular,the participation of residents in democratic supervision is significantly affected by the number of community social workers and the establishment of professional social work posts;The participation of residents in democratic decision-making is positively related to the number of social workers assistants and the availability of career factors;democratic supervision is divided into the establishment of supervisory committees and their role.The results show that democratic supervision is more vulnerable and positively related to the number of community social workers and the regular participation in professional training;Participation in democratic elections in the population is more vulnerable to the positive impact of the establishment of professional posts,regular training and vocational allowances in community social work.The factors affecting residents’ autonomy are complex.The results also find that other factors of community influence residents’ autonomy,such as gender of community secretary,staffing,establishment of industry committee,etc.However,it is undeniable that this paper makes more accurate research on the influencing factors of residents’ autonomy,contributes to community capacity development,and provides policy guidance for community governance and community social work construction and development.Finally,the feasibility of community governance and community social work construction is put forward,and the modeling methods and accuracy in this study are discussed in order to improve the future research.
