"Formation":The Practice Of "Heroism" And Its Incentive Mechanism Research In The Period Of Collectivization

During period of the Great Leap Forward,the state’s political affiliation to the grass-roots level was top-down vertical infiltration.As grass-roots political organizations,communes played an indispensable role in political infiltration,and dominated the production and lifestyle of peasants as the spokesman of the state ideology.Farmers are passive recipients of policies,consciousness and ideas,they are the finial part of the political chain.The central government constantly input a variety of ideas to the local,grass-roots and farmers.But the concept of awareness of the farmers’ own life and production practices have a certain impact,and ultimately accept the concept of whether farmers have output and results of output are not known.In 1958,at Jinzhong of Shanxi Province,the East Village of the deep-turned-land movement,the state called for the national land corps war.The East Village Commune for all farmers of different gender age groups to implement labor formations,the selection of historical heroes as the title of the team,to the farmers with leaping characteristics of the "Hero concept."And how farmers step by step to identify with the commune set up the "Hero concept",by the farmers to accept the hero concept and how to be associated with the practice of deep turn,the concept of practical behind what kind of motivation logic,and what kind of incentive effect,these are the focus of this paper discussion.The concept of absolutism,which advocated the hero-based attitude in the traditional period,was updated with the establishment of the new socialist China as a collective hero.This paper selects the East Village in Shanxi Jinzhong region as the object of case study,based on Marx’s heroism,the labor formation in the Dong Village Great Leap Forward deep-turned land movement as the entry point of the article.On the basis of the investigation content and historical archives of the interviewees of the author’s oral history,the use of the combination of theory and empirical research methods,through multiple materials mutual evidence in order to restore the truth of the incident.And explore the incentive mechanism to promote the practice of ideas and its general theoretical propositions.Dong village strongly encourages the elderly and children who have not participated in the production to join the ranks,the women engaged in domestic labor are also activated as productive workers,supervision of male labor to improve production efficiency.The wisdom of the peasant formation contains the logical idea of ideas of motivation.The input of ideas is no longer layered transmission,with the help of the form of collective formation labor,the concept of heroism has become a direct guide to labor production tools,to help the commune stimulate the enthusiasm of farmers to turn the land.In this paper,the concept can become the driving force to guide the practice,the use of ideas,action incentives,farmers in the deep-turning movement has produced a high degree of value recognition,production rate consciously increased,and eventually formed a chain phenomenon,reached the concept to practice of the successful transformation.Explain that the hero concept guides the labor production practice there is an incentive logic that can be excavated.And through the study of the practical generation process of the concept,dialysis reflects the motivational significance behind it.
