Process Of Psychological Withdrawal Community Drug Rehabilitation Staff

With the development of the world economy and the implementation of development strategies such as my country’s reform and opening up,people’s lives and thoughts have undergone changes under external shocks.Drug abuse has become a serious social problem,causing great harm to drug users and their families.In order to further solve the problem of withdrawal of drug addicts,twelve ministries and commissions jointly issued the "Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of Anti-drug Social Workers" in 2017 to promote the construction of anti-drug social workers.In the process of professionalization of drug control work,the functions of drug control social workers have been constantly enriched.As an important force in community drug rehabilitation,it is necessary to assist community drug rehabilitation personnel in the service process to cope with the challenge of psychological withdrawal.With the continuous improvement of the physical detoxification model,psychological detoxification has become the most difficult link in the rehabilitation of drug rehabilitation personnel in the community,which has attracted special attention from the society.However,most of the current research on psychological withdrawal comes from psychology and other related disciplines,focusing on the adjustment of the individual’s psychological level,ignoring the foundation of real life.In this regard,this study will conduct research on the psychological detoxification process of community drug addicts in the process of returning to society in order to clarify the professional functions of drug control social workers and provide useful references for social workers to participate in drug control services.Based on the theoretical basis of the social work relationship perspective,this research takes the community drug rehabilitation(rehabilitation)social work service project of the L agency in M City as a case study case,and uses the 4 community drug rehabilitation personnel in the case as the research object.The literature method is adopted.,Participate in the observation method and semi-structured interview method to collect relevant research data,and analyze the process of psychological withdrawal of community drug rehabilitation personnel.The research found that:1.The psychological detoxification process of community drug rehabilitation personnel is divided into three stages:passive drug rehabilitation,active drug rehabilitation and voluntary drug rehabilitation.In the passive detoxification phase,the detoxification status of community detoxification rehabilitation personnel presents the following characteristics:①The family interaction ability is poor,and the family support for the withdrawal is insufficient;②It is difficult to leave the circle of drug friends and the availability of drugs is strong;③The social circle is small And narrow,unable to integrate into the environment.In the active detoxification phase,the detoxification status of community detoxification rehabilitation personnel presents the following characteristics:①The existing family relationship is relaxed,and the motivation to get rid of addiction is improved;②Leave the existing circle of drug friends and cut off the access to drugs;③Through formal groups,Get official support.In the stage of autonomous drug rehabilitation,the withdrawal status of community drug rehabilitation personnel presents the following characteristics:①Family relationship tends to be stable,and the drive for autonomous drug rehabilitation is enhanced;②Have a new companionship and generate new psychological sustenance;③Integrate into the social environment..2.The performance of community drug rehabilitation personnel’s willingness to detoxify has the following characteristics:①Change their cognition of self and detoxification;②Participate in the reconciliation of family relationships;③Seek new peer relationships to replace the original "drug circle" relationship;④Actively integrate into the social environment where you live.This research also discusses the following:1.The enlightenment of psychological withdrawal characteristics to the psychological interpretation of the individual’s willingness to detoxification,which includes:①The transformation of community detoxification and rehabilitation personnel’s willingness to detoxification is phased;②The substitution of positive social relations can be effectively improved The willingness of community drug rehabilitation personnel to take the initiative in drug rehabilitation.2.The enlightenment of psychological withdrawal characteristics for social workers’ intervention in community drug rehabilitation personnel’s psychological withdrawal process,which mainly involves:①Need to deal with community drug rehabilitation personnel’s low sense of self-worth;②Need to help community drug rehabilitation personnel to complete social relationship replacement;③It is necessary to deal with the self-stigma of community drug rehabilitation personnel in community interaction.This research helps explain the process of the transformation of community drug rehabilitation personnel’s willingness to detoxify,helps social workers find the key points of the transformation of community drug rehabilitation personnel’s willingness,and at the same time provides enlightenment for social workers on how to strengthen the psychological detoxification effectiveness of community drug rehabilitation personnel;also It helps to make up for the lack of ignorance of the real life foundation in the study of community drug rehabilitation personnel in the field of social work,and provides a theoretical basis for drug control social workers to intervene in the psychological relief of community drug rehabilitation personnel.However,due to my limited research and analysis capabilities,this research still has limitations in the selection of research objects,research data collection and analysis,and theoretical application,and further improvement is needed.
