| Investigative documentaries have emerged as a powerful tool to uncover social issues and advocate for social change,thereby exerting a profound impact on society.Over time,they have evolved,deepened,and become a documentary genre with far-reaching influence.Narratology has rich connotations that can be refined into multiple research branches.With the development of theory,narratology has gradually been applied to the field of documentary,providing strong theoretical support for documentary creation.Scholars have summarized the genres of narrative structures in documentaries through the combination of theory and practice.However,the narrative structure of documentaries is not fixed.With the development and innovation of documentaries,the use of narrative structures has become more diverse,leading to the emergence of hybrid narrative structures.This paper is based on the theory of narratology and focuses on the narrative structure of investigative documentaries.Through the summary of relevant definitions and characteristics,the paper briefly analyzes the narrative structure of investigative documentaries.Additionally,by exploring the components and expressive techniques of narrative structure in investigative documentaries and their impact on narrative expression from the perspectives of voiceover,interviews,music,perspective,and location,combined with the production experience of the graduation project Preschool Teachers,this paper provides valuable insights for future research in this area. |
