Research On Suspense Setting Strategies Of Investigative Documentary

As a kind of documentary that dig into the truth and explore social hot spots.Investigative documentary is broadly welcomed by the audiences for its fascinating suspense settings.Guided by the director,the audiences can disclose the truth as the story unfolds.Meanwhile,their curiosity can also be satisfied.This paper is based on my work to live,which focuses on pneumoconiosis.Xia Wei Village is known by the disease,which is located in Ganzhou City,Jiangxi Province.The main part of this video is the daily life of patient Hailong Wang and his family.With appealing plots,it can draw more attention of audiences.Not only can it reflect the current situation of the patients,but also raise the level of concern to the patients.This paper is divided into four parts.The first section elaborates the background of the work and makes an in-depth analysis of the living status of pneumoconiosis patients.Combined with some excellent documentaries,the second part explores the successful application of suspense building in investigative documentary.In the third part,the author states the specific application of suspense building in the work to live.In addition,the ideas and specific contents of characters,interviews,audio-visual language and editing are also be presented.The last part discusses the innovation and deficiency of suspense construction based on my veido.This thesis is intended to provide reference and suggestions for the suspense creation of investigative documentary.
