Research On The Influence Of Short Video On The Spread Of Latin Dance

Since its birth,short video has been loved by people for its wide audience,fast dissemination speed and the way of video-based information dissemination.As a branch of sports dance,the visual expression form of Latin dance coincides with the short video communication method,therefore,using short video as a new medium for Latin dance communication aims to promote the spread and development of Latin dance.The research object is to analyze the influence of short videos on the communication of Latin dance by using literature,questionnaires,interviews,and mathematical statistics,and relying on the communication theory of Laswell’s "5W" model.Conclusion:(1)Short videos have changed the structure of Latin dance’s communication subjects,but there are still problems of insufficient professional talents and different levels of communication subjects.(2)Short videos have contributed to the development of Latin dance communication content from single to diversified,but the content is of mixed quality and low accuracy.(3)The emergence of short videos has broadened the channels of Latin dance information dissemination,but the fast pace and compact content also affect the dissemination of Latin dance culture.(4)The short video attracts more Latin dance audiences to join it,which expands the influence of Latin dance communication.(5)In terms of communication effects,audiences have certain positive effects in their cognitive,psychological and behavioral aspects.Suggestions:(1)Attract professional talents to join and enrich the main body of Latin dance dissemination.(2)Optimize the content and improve the quality of Latin dance dissemination.(3)Improve platform regulation and play the positive role of short videos on the spread of Latin dance.(4)Focus on audience feedback and improve user stickines.(5)Strengthen the three aspects of communication effect to improve the communication influence of Latin dance.
