| "Mind" is an important concept in the field of Chinese philosophy,and Liang Shuming’s political philosophy,cultural philosophy,philosophy of life and other aspects of thought are based on the concept of "mind",which is developed by "mind",thus forming an ideological system based on "mind".His definition of the concept of "mind" plays a role in constructing and supporting his entire philosophy system.In the study of Liang Shuming’s "mind" thought,it can be divided into three parts: the theoretical source of "mind" thought,the content,application and characteristics of "mind" and the cultivation method of "mind".In terms of theoretical sources,based on the expression of concepts such as "four aspects" in Buddhism,he made "mind" have the meaning of integrating all things,and the "three quantity theory" promoted his model construction of the content of "mind".The emergence of the philosophy of life has made up for the lack of motivation of the "mind",which has the internal basis of being flexible,dynamic and self-sufficient.On the basis of inheriting the Confucian ideology,Confucius and Mencius’ tradition of advocating emotion,Confucius’ "benevolence",and Wang Yangming’s thought of unity of knowledge and action have been further explained and transformed by him,promoting him to establish the emotional content and status of "mind".In terms of the content of "mind",Liang Shuming is divided into instinct,rational and reason.According to the comparison of the three contents,we can draw the conclusion that reason is the best content of the mind.Through the concept of "mind",he can connect the categories of mind and nature,body and mind,mind and life,and make the "mind" truly present in the development and use.From the perspective of mind and nature,the human nature has the same tendency of activity as the mind,and the difference between good and evil of human nature is whether the mind is relaxed or not,thus inferring the unity of mind and nature.In terms of the relationship between body and mind,we can grasp it from the two dimensions of logical order and overall status.Liang Shuming also discussed the separation of body and mind with "Yi" as the starting point,to break the argument that knowledge and action are incompatible,and fundamentally achieve the unity of body and mind.In the relationship between the mind and life,the development of the mind is closely related to the activity of life.The harmony between the mind itself,the other and the universe is the proof of the harmony of life.During this period,he also integrated the traditional Confucian thought,and continued with the spirit of "Shen Du","not self-deception","sincerity","Le","Gang",and other spirits.He emphasized the self-conscious and "Shen Du" of the "mind" and the characteristics of sincerity and non-deception,and endowed the "mind" with the characteristics of being strong and brave in the nature of life,and affirmed the self-sufficiency and self-joy of "mind" from the ontology.In terms of the cultivation method of "mind",he sought the mind from the perspective of epistemology and realm theory in "calmness",maintained the peace of mind and emotions in a manner of etiquette and music,and achieved inward self-reflection from two dimensions,namely,the time dimension and introspection.And cultivated the mind through upward efforts,that is,the practice of axiom and the expansion of personal possibilities,thereby forming a complete ideological system of "mind".In short,studying Liang Shuming’s thought of "mind" is not only an important link in grasping his philosophical thought,but also can resist phenomena such as value crises and make people’s minds settle down. |
